Hi everyone, I used yohimburn for around 3 weeks and lost around 1 inch from both the thighs. But the moment I stopped using yohimburn and gained only 1 pound, that one pound went into my thighs and my thighs are back to normal size.
We all are always +- 1 pound on our weight chart and if that one pound goes into my thighs always, how am I going to loose fat from my thighs ever!!!!
If I have to apply yohimburn always, then it turns out to be a very expensive solution.
I am doing body brushing but do not see much results (I admit that I have not been very falthful with it though)
So can you pleeeeeease suggest me some ways to get rid of my love handles without spending a fortune??/
Thanks a lot Mansi

LOL I could have written your post and so could a zillion other women. As a matter of fact I think I did once on the old board. Yohimburn worked pretty well for me too. I used it at the beginning of summer, looked pretty good through July, started gaining back what I lost in August and have my saddle bags back same as always now. I have had no measurable change in my breasts, though I have a little swelling, but I am putting the pounds on my thighs. My solution...I'm leaning towards self acceptance, since I don't think society will ever worship a big thigh the way they will a big breast. So far the self acceptance thing isn't working, but I'll let you know if I have a breakthrough. Sounds like you are doing all the right stuff. tea

Tea, Has that swelling lasted a whole cycle? I seem to remember you posting sumptin' about it before! Or am I having a fenugreek flashback?

Yes Momi...I've been swollen (very slightly) for a whole month. Don't want to mess up Mansi's thigh thread, though. Its too much fun having someone with whom I can whine about my thighs. Have a good day. tea

I wonder if the yohimburn is sort of working like a local diuretic. That's what it sounds like. And when it's not being used anymore, the water gradually seeps back into the tissue. Maybe there is a maintanence level that can be used so you won't go broke using it.
I also wonder if we notice our thighs more when we have the smaller breasts. I can relate to the exaggerated pear perception of shape. A bigger top would add balance...maybe? And we wouldn't notice it so much?
Or maybe tea is right...self-acceptance might be the key. That's hard.

Hi Mommabean, Yes you are right. It is just that I am soooooo thin on my upper part- extermely small breasts, very bony neck, very thin arms etc, that my things appear really really big. So if I either loose weight from thighs or gain soemthing on upper part, may be I will look more balanced, but none of it seems to be happening right now.

Still battling the bulge here... have used almost my whole bottle of Lipoderm. Still a brushing. I'm pretty bony everywhere, too, very thin arms, thin neck and facial features. Why can't some of that plumpness seep up top to make them a little plumper instead of immediately settling in around these thighs.... ugh! Just tired of being referred to as 'skinny' by co-workers. Can't they see these saddlebags?! I'm very, VERY slowly getting rid of them, but not fast enough to suit me. Easy to get, hard to get rid of!
