Hi Shaz, I noticed your post in Wahaika's wife's routine so thought I'd answer here, in the general section of the board just so everyone can read and add their info. When it comes to stalling, I see this as basically having no more soreness/tingles and/or seeing no fullness whatsoever. For me, no tingles = no swelling. You say you are sore most of the time. I'd see this as a good sign. But are you seeing actual growth? I've had soreness and fullness, but lost with AF. I did seem to 'grow' slightly, following this yo-yo pattern. Then reached a point that I considered stalling, when I felt nothing, and nothing was happening at all . I think that as long as you keep having sensations, there's something going on. You might like to add oregano in luteal to block progesterone and might consider increasing your SP up to 3000mg if you are getting swelling but no more consistent growth. This could help retain that swelling/growth past AF. I'm sure others will have suggestions on how to recognise stalling. Take care, WQ

Thanks WQ. Last AF, the increase I had on the tape measure went back down, but strangely I still looked full. Maybe I'm not as good as I thought I was at measuring. Now (on Day 18), I'm looking more full than ever and am very very sore. If I wasn't so tired and fuzzy headed at the moment, I'd probably be happy! For some reason I'm very skeptical about this swelling actually lasting. Not very positive I know.

Hi Shaz,
I have seen Pammy describe the growth as "two steps up, one step back".
Hang in there!
Wahaika P.S. I also answered in the routines section.
