I read something on a BE site about exercise increasing the levels of growth hormone: "Generally, adults produce growth hormone during and directly following intense exercise and during sleep. Growth hormone is required to produce IGF (insulin-like growth hormone), a hormone shown to affect the growth of breast tissues." from www.botanicalbeautylab.com/beautybefactors.htmland I wanted to see if exercise levels were correlated with BE success at all. Thanks!

the important question is, what kind of exercise one does. if one does yoga, or taichi, or qigong, or swimming, or the like, my guess is that would help BE. running etc, however, can only hamper BE efforts...

Exercises are not directly related with BE. Wat best they can do is strenghthen pectoral muscles, good for firming but not for growth. Further breasts are madeup of fats and exccessive exercises reduce fats. But exercises do stimulates our endocrine systems too. they contribute to regularise our hormonal imbalance thus may help in BE indirectly. bestbreastgrowthnreduction.hpage.com/
