Hello all. Here is my update - AF is pretty much over, and I have lost next to none of the growth I had received. I am now an A rather than less than an A . However, not long after AF started, my soreness went away. I have been doing the Reiki message that Lucille recommended - so hoping that I will get the same results as her - just slower due to not taking internals. I suppose we shall see over the next month or two. Now my questions: I have seen in the past messages the mention of stages to breast growth. I am interested to see if everyone goes through specific (and mostly the same) stages or not. If we do, then it might make things easier for keeping track of whether we are actually growing or not. At least I think it would. For those of you who might have kept track, how did the growth start and then progress? I have found that for this cycle, which was the first cycle I got any size difference for the right side, it widened - changed in circumference - more than anything, and sticks out a little more - though barely noticeable. Is this how it usually starts? Thanks, and take care, Twilightsrose

Hi Twilightsrose, Congratulations on your growth! That's amazing that you are getting results without having to take internals. I'm now on my 8th week of BE - I really started to grow around week 3 or 4 all the way up until AF started in week 6. During AF, I lost the soreness and some growth, but not all of it. My breasts started to get sore again about 4 days after AF stopped - and I started to grow again. Now I have already surpassed the growth and swelling I had last month, so I'm hoping this is the real thing. I'm sure everybody is different, but you can take a look at my pix to see the ups and downs of BE: by week 6 I had reached maximum growth and swelling. The week 7 photo was taken right after AF - you can see that they shrunk. But week 8 gave me back all the growth and then some. f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/lucillesplichal/my_photos Good luck and again - congratulations! Lucy

Hey you two...thanks for the congrats. Wenonae - that does seem the same so far...interesting Lucille - congrats to you too, by the way I did used to take internals, and I do wonder if the excess estrogen I put in my system when I took them was still having an effect, or if it really is the externals. When I first started taking BE I had no idea what I was doing... I eventually figured out the right herbs to use, but it looked like the amounts I used were too high for my system, and I ended up with lumps in one of my breasts. So I stopped the internals, but I believe that the estrogen does stay in your system for a while. I learned that after going off of birth control pills - there is a huge difference how my body reacts normally, and how my body react with extra estrogen. When I stopped internals, I started an estrogen cleanse using Calcium D-glucarate + the Dandelion I usually use.- boy did that ever work - three days of headaches, my edema/bloating I've had since using BE went away and the lumps I've had for months suddenly started to melt away. First break I've had since using BE...never knew about needing to take one until I found this board. I just hope it doesn't eventually get rid of any progress. Thanks and take care, Twilightsrose

That is SOOOOOOOOOO awesome. Yes, as Lucille says there are ups and downs of BE, but you do tend to gain back some of what you loose. Usually from luteal swelling, which is a good sign, since the idea is to block the progesterone receptors which inhibits the estrogen receptors. ;D (WOW! That was a handful of words) Lucille....your pics are AMAZING! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Congrats...congrats...congrats.... Hope all is GROWING well!
