Here is my story. 5 months ago I started BE. I was taking mega bust with liberal help from individual herbs. I saw no improvement so in December I just quit for a month. I had purchased the whole SBS system so I thought well I might as well use it up so I started back on that a few weeks ago also enhancing liberally with extra Sp and fenugreek. I also started the reiki massage. Well much to my surprise I think I see a little swelling in the bottom part of my breasts. Now I'm not talking big change just slightly fuller. The tops are still pretty pititful. I had just about decided when this was finished I would say adios to my pill popping and either pack it all in or try BO. What do you think I should do? I don't have much SBS left maybe a week. I'm a little worried about the safety of BO. Didn't someone end up with endometriosis on BO? I have a tendancy towards that and I don't want to go there again. So I am in a total quandry as to what I should do... HELP! Also how much a month do Greenbush herbs cost and how much is BO? I have spent a fortune for a very little boobage so far. What percentage of people have had success with each? I know on Bob's site he said BO was the only way to go. Any advise will be greatly appreciated thanks, Kathi

I believe that the person who ended up with endometriosis was also using synthetic estradiol (a drug) along with her BO.

I'm the one that had endometriosis. and ended up having a complete hysterectomy last july. I was on BE for 3 years. Alternating herbs and BO I used greenbush, new bust(? I think that's what it was called) SBS, wonderbreast, ovalyte, and the BO that Fawn sells and estrogen that Bob recomended. Actually the only two months that I felt real great was when I was taking 2mgs estrogen 1500 mgs BO and 50mgs of progesterone cream. I think I was starting premenopause before I started the herbs. I did increase 2 inches. Lost most of it. endo is caused by too much estrogen I was told. So I would follow Fawns and Momi advice and take breaks and add progesterone. Progesterone is the only thing I can use right now due to the endo, my doctor wants it all gone before starting me on the estrogen. So I started out as 6 3/4 in each breast went to 8 now I'm back down to 7. Was it all worth it NO, would I do it again most likely yes but I would investigate BE a lot more, there is a lot more info out now than there was 3 years ago thanks to Pammy, Momi and Fawn. Barbara

Fawn, I only used the estrogen for two months and I had the endo problem way before than, the brown discharge started after using greenbush, and I got real sick and had the cysts bursting after upping my dose of herbs (I followed Joel's instructions). I was seeing a gyno at the time but he was no help. Then I went to a different gyno and he was also no help, he put me on synthetic progesterone and my problems got worse. When I added natural progesterone cream I got a little better. When I added herbs to the BO and no progesterone cream I bursted a cyst on my ovaries again. The second Gyno was no help. Then I went to a mid wife and she added the 50 to 100mgs of progesterone cream to my BO program. But I only used 50mgs a day.

How long after taking herbs did you begin to realize they were causing you to have problems? What did you start with herbs or BO? What did you get the most growth with? What were your first symptomns that things were not going well? I had endomtreosis about 10 years ago had cryosurgery for that and have had no problems since. I have not felt any different on herbs other than weight gain and some hair loss. I thought possibly the weight gain was from quitting exercising, but I have since started back up and I'm finding it pretty hard to take the extra weight off this time while on herbs. I am a small 34 B but very perky and firm for my age. I just want to be a full B. I would be quite happy with that. Hey Kathio, I've been getting great results from the herbs alone, so I really don't think BO is the ONLY way to go. I'm the one who discovered the Reiki massage technique and I am starting to think it is a big factor in my growth. I wasn't getting ANY results until I added it and I've grown 1 1/2 inches in 8 weeks, most of it in the last month. (Just updated my photos in the pix gallery, so check 'em out!)
Might be worth pursuing ... I am doing 360 rotations day and night, occasionally massaging in the middle of the day, too.
What is your current ruitine?

Hi Barbara and others, I'd also like to know if there are any warning signs that BE is presenting health problems!! That's a little scary! I've only been taking herbs for 2 months, but I've been growing so fast, it's kinda like *WHOA*! There are obviously major changes going on in my body, just want to make sure I stay safe.
Thanks!!!

Wow Lucille your pics say it all you are growing girl. I wish I would have taken some before photos so I could know for sure. What herbal products are you using and what amounts? I didn't see your routine posted. Also you said you have tried other things. What is it that is finally working? Who's hypnosis tapes do you use? You are a success story that keeps us all going.

if your cycle changes, if you get a dark brown ( chocolate syrup looking disharge) mid cycle. severe cramps, sharp pains were ovaries are. Brown discharge 2 to 3 days before period then again after. Mainly sereve pains were ovaries are. Some women don't get any kind of pain with endo. In my case it attached to my ovaries, but I also had problems with cyst on my ovaries since I was a teenager, and always had severe cramps and I never knew when auntie flow was going to show up. The herbs did help me with the cramps. When I increased the dosage I started to have problems. Basically, keep a journal. Don't change doses every months, listen to your body. What works for some may not work for you, so if your following a program for 2 weeks don't change it to someone elses cause they are having success. Stick to your program for at least 2 to 3 months. Whatever you do do not add stuff to you program every week or so. Stick to a routine. I think Fawn posted somewhere how long to stay with a route before switching to another. Don't jump on everyones bandwagon. Make sure you go to a GOOD doctor and get a pap smear and blood test done every year. Your messing with your hormones. Barbara

Hi Kathio, Chickydee, and Hippychick! Thanks for the nice compliments :-) I definitely owe it to the helpful people on this board for encouraging me and helping me find my way!
Kathio, I am taking 3 capsules daily of: fenugreek, fennel, red clover, saw palmetto, and wild yam. I also do the Reiki massage with fenugreek extract and I listen to the hypnosis tapes as I fall asleep. I use Wendi's tapes.
I had tried hypnosis (along with other things) for many years with limited results, so it's hard to say if it is a big factor. Like I said, when I started doing 360 inward rotations twice daily, I started to get the good results. If I use a lot of fenugreek to massage at night, I can usually notice a difference in the morning!
Stay with it girls - that's all I can say! I've been trying on and off for 5-6 years and FINALLY I've found something that works. Persistence pays!

Lucille could you be more specific about the amts. of herbs you take? How much in each capsule mg and what brand are your using etc. Do you think the hypnosis tape has a lot to do with your success? I was thinking of getting a different one. The one I am using does not seem to be working. I used it every day for 3 months even took it on vacation and it didn't seem to work. I have just started up using it again but I am sure sick of it.

Hi Lucille,
That is awesome that you are seeing such fantastic results so soon...CONGRATS!!!
Thanks for posting your pics, it is so encouraging to see actual before and after pictures! BTW, you mentioned you tried BE off and on for 5-6 years with no success. I'm just curious what methods you used in the past that were NOT successful.
Barbara, thanks for your post also. It's a good reminder to pay close attention to our bodies and not get so caught up in this boobie quest that we begin neglect our health. Hope you're doing well and feeling good.

Hi Kathio, Sure, the amounts in each herb are: Fenugreek 610 Fennel 480 Saw Palmetto 540 Wild Yam 500 Red Clover 430
I use Vitamin Shoppe herbs, which are quite inexpensive. I don't think I am paying much more than $20/month for all the internals.
It is really hard to say about the hypnosis. I had tried hypnosis for so many years and all I got was luteal swelling. So obviously it DID work to some degree, but not much. Now I listen to them mostly because it relaxes me .. and I just like knowing I have one more tool at my disposal.
My opinion is that hynosis is not crucial, but could possibly speed things up a bit. I agree it gets sickening!
What is your current ruitine? I know it is not good to switch around too much, but maybe there is some tweaking you could do ...
Good luck! Lucy
