Better Smelling Fenugreek Extract?

Hello Ladies,
I am in search of a slightly less offensive fenugreek extract! Mominator - I think you mentioned Puritan's Pride is good?? Can somebody please help me! I have been using a brand called Nature's Answer from the Vitamin Shoppe and it makes me smell just like INDIAN FOOD. I am getting such great results from the fenugreek massages, but I am embarrassed to go out in public.

Do you think it is me and my funky body chemistry or could it be the brand of extract?? Maple syrup smell is tolerable - INDIAN CURRY SMELL is not!

Hi Lucille,
I had the same thing happen to me-it was so embarassing! There is alcohol based fenugreek extract which doesn't smell as bad. I think the name was Quantum and I got it from a health food store. I also made my own which was decidedly less smelly. I found that the peppermint extract masked that well enough. Greenbush stuff is very strong smelling even though it's potent.

Yes, the Puritan Pride fenugreek does smell MUCH less offensive than Greenbush's stuff. I still use GB's, cuz it has S/P & W/Y. But only a dropper full, cuz it smells so much like IHOP!

Now I am wondering if Wahaika isn't on to something with using SP as a topical. Next batch....NO GB! What will I do not smelling like I work at IHOP! People won't recognize my smell when I walk in a door!

Puritan Pride also tends to run 2-1 or sometimes 3 for 1 sales. ;D And theirs is decidely less offensive.

I took a look at the Puritan's Pride website and I couldn't find the fenugreek extract! I did a search for fenugreek and only came up with pills.

Are they still carrying it? Do you have a link? Can you buy Puritan's Pride in vitamin stores?

Thanks - people probably won't recognize me either! I smell like I have a full time job at Curry in a Hurry, haha!
