May I ask what it is? After iceskating on our lake all day in freezy cold, I had the shakes. Hubby thought I had a fever cause I've been sick. I knew I was just cold. Had he touched me he would have known...though he was probably numb too. Took my temp...95.7. After I warmed up and ever since I've been in the 96.5 range. Don't remember ever being that low. So probably I will add l'tyrosine when I start my BO. Also may I copy some of the advice under certain threads regarding BO for my own use? Its easier than always looking things up. Thanks tea

Tea,
Because there can be some unpleasant side effects with tyrosine if it's not needed, I would NOT base the use of it on such an event.
Temps for basing the addition of tyrosine should be taken at least three times a day, over three days and averaged. They should not be based on temps following exposure.
As for copying - copying where? If you are just gonna copy to a word file and print, okay by me. Just don't post anyone's stuff on any other forum or other public place without permission.

tea,
The problem with "Copying" is with copying posts here to another public forum - NOT with copying/printing for your own use, etc.
Keep checking your temps for a couple of days before popping tyrosine - especially if you are already thin. (It can cause weight loss.)
