Well I have not been here for a long time, but I have continued to try Be. I started in early Sept or late A :(ugust and went steady till December 8th then backed off through xmas started up again January 7th. Would that month off take away all that I did the 4 months previously? I have seen no evidence that it is working. I did gain weight and cellulite and that has been discouraging as one year ago I got on low carbs and lost 18 pounds and if I must say so myself looked great for the first time in a long time. Now I have gained more than 2/3 back from not exercising and BE. I just ordered some t-tapp tapes and started Pilates and I'm hoping that will work, but I sure did get ripply. I have enough Be stuff to go till Feb 15th and then I was thinking about BO. Does it contribute to cellulite as well? I was faithful when on and did massage and hypnosis and the whole bit RELIGOUSLY. Also is there a difference in hypnosis tapes and do some work better than others. Help! I feel fat and discouraged and stupid for even thinking I could be a success at this.

Hi Kathio, Long time no hear from! Glad to see you back! ;D Sorry about the weight thing...yeah...that sucks! And I know how hard you worked to get that fat off in the first place. From what I understand BO is less likely to cause weight gain. I know Fawn gained weight on herbs, but I don't believe she did from BO. She will tell ya' about it. BIG WARNING! While trying to loose weight...do not do it quickly. I had gotten ill, lost weight, and some of my glorious boobage. I am on the comeback ;D-but it was so frustrating. Excess estrogen will cause cellulite, it could be you are on a too high a dose for your body. Try reducing your phyto-estrogens, that should help with the cellulite. Bust of Luck to you! Also try the Reiki massaging, many are reporting some positive things from it. Including me!

Hi Kathio, I am in the same boat. All the cellulite and saddlebags I got rid of in June for summer came rippling back with herbs and all I got on top is temporary swelling. I wasn't faithful to BE during the holidays either. I am trying BO next month. Why not join me? Fawn's prices make it affordable. tea

Hi Kathio, Sorry to hear that things aren't working out the way you'd like. I can relate. What has been helping with the cellulite if not with the weight gain has been the skin brushing. It seems to envigorate the area brushed and enhances my pilates workout afterward. Check out mansi's post on skin brushing for the website. While it hasn't totally wiped out the cellulite it has made it visibly better. I'm currently on a break and haven't been able to commit to dieting but I will even if it means that I stay on break for an additional month that's fine.

Did someone here have problems with endometriosis using BO? It seems like someone even had to have a hysterectomy. I have had some problems in the past and I sure don't want to go there again. In fact I worry about all this tweaking I am doing to a perfectly healthy body. What is the great deal on BO and do you have to take a whole bunch more additional stuff. Frankly I am feeling tapped out money wise from all this and still no boobage. YUK!
