Hello all, I have a question for some of the BE veterens. I am wondering if any of you, or if anyone, has reached what you would consider your personal limit, or had an amount of success and completely stopped BE for at least a year, or at least more than six months. If so, did you keep your new and improved boobage? The reason why I ask is, I was just remembering back to when I used to take birth control pills, my breasts did swell in almost the same way they are now on BE. The would be sore and "swelling" throughout the whole cycle (all the time), although stayed at a consistent size, which is different from what I am currently experiencing. When I went off the pills, it took at least a year for my hormones to go back to normal, and it was after about a year that my breast shrunk back to "normal" I guess I am trying to figure out if this is really going to permanent or not, or if I am going to be going off and on BE the rest of my life. So far as I understand or can see, most of you are still on BE because you haven't reached your goal. Thanks, and take care, Twilightsrose

Hey TR- Yeah, Fawn's mentioned that no one known on BC every kept that lil' growth. However, most on an NBE regime after a small settling period of a usually 0.025-0.5" on a breast, tend to keep growth, however they got it. I'm sure banking on it...can't do this forever No, really..I've heard mostly the way above as compared to what happens to those on BC. Hope that helps!

Hi there, I gained some on BO and kept the fullness (I'd yo-yo'd the whole time I was on BO). I've also heard that people who have grown on BE keep their gains - except for the initial 1/4"to 1/5" loss as Wen says. I'm plodding on! I took a 3-mos break in the summer and didn't lose much. Then re-started and after a mos lost weight through stress/illness. Still trying to catch up that boobage! WQ

I kept all I got on BO - the first time it stuck until I lost a lot of weight REALLY REALLY fast.
The second time - well, yes - it's stuck with me. I've been off of a regular BO routine since April last year and it all stayed. I then switched to herbs, and have lost all that I gained on that.

But...I grew a LOT on herbal BE. I retained ALL my growth through out a 3 month break, in which I was loosing weight, due to not being on BE. But the boobage stuck.....until.....I got sick and LOST MORE WEIGHT rather quickly. Lost my tops, I was a full " d ", now down to a baby " d ". But also lost a LOT of back fat, was a 36, down to 32.

I think the SPEED of weight loss may be the determining factor here.
I kept my original BO 'C cup' through several different "weight classes". It wasn't until I lost it fast that I sunk to a B cup again.
