I know it's not strictly BE related, but can anyone recommend a good anti-oxidant? I've run out of Alpha Lipoic Acid, and was considering something else. But doing a web search throws up so much info! Coral Calcium, olive leaf extract, combi antioxidants... What do you guys recommend? I'm especially interested in something that can help with year-round rhinitis (air-borne allergies and sinus probs). Thanks and happy growing! WQ

And there's always good ol' vitamin C! Olive leaf extract is supposed to be pretty good; I actually have some of that, bought it at someone else's recommendation last year, but forgot about it! Thanks for the reminder. Personally, I would stick with what you know and are familiar with. There are so many companies out there these days pushing their new product, saying it's better than anything else. I like to use supplements that are proven. (Not to say the new ones aren't any good; that's just me.)

The standards are vitamins - A, C, & E plus the mineral selenium.
AKA "ACES"
