how essential is protein shake to a BO routine? i had ordered for some shakes but did not get them as they were out of stock. i know if we have good amt of protein from non-ved food, we can skipshake but then is that protein reliable coz the absorption rates arent as high as whey protein? about 70- 90 gm protein from food is recommended but wedont know how much of it we are actually utilising coz of the variable and often low absorption rates of different food items. will it be a wise idea to reorder the shakes?

Hi Anita, Proteins are very very important for BE. You could adjust your diet to take around 70 gms of protien, but taking that much protein everyday would be really hard. And you would get sick of food. Protien shakes make it much more easier to take teh required amount of protiens. I think I would reorder the shakes.
