I dont understand why it would help me keep my boobage while dieting by adding Saw Pelmetto berries(capsules) How does that help me keep what I have? And also Flaxseed, seems just like an ordinary oil that wouldnt make a difference, am I wrong? I just dont want any unwanted side effects from the SP.

Flax seed contains omega 3 oils that help with weight loss. Not sure how they would affect breast growth.
Okay - as for the saw palmetto...
Using saw palmetto while on a "down cycle" (not on BE, trying to lose weight) is my little trick and it seemed to work for me.
Most of the phytos used for BE will severely inhibit ANY chance of weight loss. Estrogen is a "fat storage" hormone, and it's almost impossible to lose weight on them.
I know that I, personally, cannot lose weight on BE. (I gain on herbs, and stay stable on BO.)
Saw Palmetto, however is NOT a phytoestrogen. What it does is block certain testosterone action in certain cells with receptors - one of which being breast tissue. Testosterone can be devasting to breast tissue, reducing glandular size and function and reducing fat in breast tissue. (The surge of testosterone in new born baby boys is what keeps their mammary glands from working in the future, otherwise they would be able to nurse like women.)
For those like Momi, and me, and maybe a few others, who have an abnormally high amount of androgens (testosterone), the switch to more normal levels of hormone (without BE supplements) can mean higher levels of testosterone and undoing all our hard BE work.
I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but I tried it after cycling off BE and was able to lost some weight without it coming right off of my chest (as it normally does when I diet).
I'm not sure it will work for women who don't have high androgen levels.
The only "side effect" I have ever noticed from saw palmetto (on as high as 7,000 mgs per day) was a reduction in sex drive.
