I have a stupid question...Does it matter if u take your BE pills a little different than what it says to? I am using HBA and it says to take 2 pills 3 times daily. I have a hard time swallowing them, so I thought...what if I took 3 pills twice daily. I am still taking the same amount as recommended, but not the way they say to. It's easier for me to do it that way. Is this bad? Has anyone else had trouble swallowing these pills? Any comments or advice is helpful... Thanks, Kell

Well, the thought is to keep a steady elevated level of estrogen. Personally, I've been doing fine for the past couple of months taking my estrogen dosages in the last half of the day.
If it's that hard to swallow, that may be an option, or just drink more water. It gets easier to swallow bunches at a time..espeicially capsules.

Hi Kelly, You really should use herbs 3x daily. Wen is right, the idea is to keep the phyto's, etc in your body at all times. We are trying to mimic puberty, I am pretty sure during puberty, excess estrogen and the other hormones responsible for creating breast tissue are always in your system, just different hormones working at different times. If you can...try to follow the directions.

Thanks for your help. I took the 3 pills twice today, but only did it today. I will go back to the original method. For some reason it seems to be harder for me to swallow these pills with water. So I have found that juice works better. I guess a little trial and error never hurt anyone. ;D I have noticed that already I feel a little fuller...not larger, but fuller. And this is only after 4 days. I wonder if this is normal. And I have been a little bloated the last 2 days. Could this be from the BE? It is not time for AF, not even close and I usually never bloated anyway. Still have the itching sensation and some tenderness. I am stunned that I have only been taking these for the last 4 days and already have these sensations. Is that weird? Thanks for all your help and comments. I guess u just have to think positive...I think I can...I think I can!!! ;D Kell

Hi Kelly, No it's not weird. I got sensations again right after I came off break. Then I lost weight and some boobage . Now I am gaining some of it back! Along with the sensations. You may want to throw a little fennel tea or fennel caps, it does sound like you are starting to retain some water. Which is very normal, excess estrogen causes cellulite, some experience this problem, some don't. Fennel is a duretic and also a phyto-estrogen. Also watch your temps! If you are averaging below 97.3 with an a.m., axle reading....you could need some l-tyrosine. When my temps crashed, I started L-tyrosine, which brought my temps back up...but also lost a tremendous amount of water, which I did NOT realise I was retaining...it was EVERYWHERE! Of course I had been on BE for quite sometime when that happened. Just some tips!

Three times a day is better than 2 times a day.
Four times a day is better.
I believe natural estrogen has about a 4 hour half life, so more frequent is better.

Thanks for all the help. I started back to the 3 times a day this morning. I wasn't aware that I needed to be checking my temp though. Why is that? Sorry so many questions. How would I know if I had a really bad reaction to this? There are probably obvious things, but what about the not so obvious signs of something being wrong? Thanks again, Kelly

Hi Kelly, One of the side effects to excess estrogen is it is hard on your thyroid...or can be... The reason you need to check temps is for thyroid health, but also in order for andgrogens to convert to estrogen, your body has to maintain a certain tempeture. TEMPS ARE MOST IMPORTANT in a BO regiment, but for thyroid health, it is also important for herbal.

Thanks I didn't know anything about this. And of course the companies that sell the products never tell u that...atleast mine didn't. I will start checking that though. How long does the itching sensation usually last? I had that the first few days on BE, but the last few I haven't had anything really...no itching, no tingling....is this stuff still working for me? I started having the itching right away, but is it too soon for it to be done? Or is this something that happens off and on for most people? I know that my questions are getting really strange, but I want to know as much as I can. And what to expect I guess... Thanks for listening to me ramble on and on... , Kell

Hi Kelly, You know each individual is different. I have noticed when I had NO sensations for a few days, I experienced some growth. ;D The pains, itchies, tingles, etc, all seem to come and go at will...no set pattern. I do notice that luteal stage tends to bring them on stronger and more frequently, until about week before AF. During AF I tend to grow....just little observations I noticed. But what is the same for me, is NOT necessarily the same for everyone. Like Fawn I get these "pulls" across the nipple region. Who knows...all we can really do is compare notes.
