Well...I made it through break with very little if ANY loss. In fact gained a lot of firmness from the progesterone cream. ;D Start back on BE 33 days ago, and I LOST! My tops fell off again! Yes, I did loose weight, not trying, but just so dang busy & got pneumonia again! Just to give you a hint....friends are calling me "skeltor". My band size is now down to 32.> had lots of pains, some itchies and light tingles...but still lost! I was on my exact routine as when I went off BE, with the exception of taking vitamins, a multi, B-complex, MSM, Vita C, Magnesium. Here's my thought...does this make sense? I dropped all the vitamins thinking that something in them is counter-productive to BE. And I am growing again, about 1/2" in 2 weeks. Making up for loss Of course my bra's don't fit right, cuz of the reduction in band size. But I am refusing to buy another bra until BE is DONE! I will prolly gain the weight back, I have every bra size there is...I SWEAR! I was on vita c, magnesium, B-complex, MSM during break....and did NOT loose. Started the Multi a week before starting BE...then I lost! While on previous BE, I was on MSM and Vita C. So that's my question could a "multi" vitamin daily be counter productive to BE?

So is what you are thinking is that some trace mineral or vitamin is responsible for your loss? I wouldn't think you would absorb enough of that stuff to make a difference. I'm not the expert here, but I'm betting on illness and weight loss. After my "swelling" went down, I undersand what you mean about slopes. Though mine are more like little dents or dips. They make you look hollow and droopy. Hope you are feeling better. Stay well. tea

Hey Mom: Sorry to hear that you have been sick.... Hope you are well again. I am sure that the weight loss is responsible for the boobage loss, and taking a vitiman would not affect that one way or another. Here's to a blessed Xmas. Hippychick

I take Centrum Performance multi-vitamin every day. It hasn't caused me any problems. ...but then again, I've been taking them throughout the whole BE process, so I don't have a control to go by either. I'll run out in a week so I'll know afterward.

Hi Momi! Awww...... so sorry you've been ill! You poor thing! I agree with TT - your loss is probably due to illness and losing weight. I don't think vitamins would have an adverse effect. At least you're responding to the herbs again and regaining fast. Stay positive! You did it before and will do it again! Just try to keep well over the holidays. Try leaving chores to the kids a bit more. Give yourself a nice long rest!
Lots of love,
WQ

Um ... didn't one of the ladies (someone's wife) say there was some initial shrinkage on the herbal program?
Could be combination of that (after all - you WERE on a break) and the weight loss.

That would be my wife. She experienced shrinkage for a few weeks, filled it all back in, and then grew some.
Another theory for Frenchie: Try it again. I remember reading on Fawn's site (if memory serves) that this is a 4 year process for girls going through puberty in optimal conditions. This makes sense to me and goes along with other things in nature like geometric progression and momentum. Remember, you are using what you have to build more - talking about receptor sites here. If someone starts with AAA then they get a slower start than someone who starts as a B.
This is a slow process that builds upon itself. Find what works for you and stick to it long term. You might sneak in something once in a while to see if it works, like we will be doing with Oregano.
My wife is currently on a break, which ends in a couple of weeks. She has not lost any of her growth during the break.

Well...update! They are COMING back! I've been getting a lot more rest and sleep. My life got turned upside down for a bit, and sleep, food, and rest were a luxury! Now let's see if I can stay settled down for a bit. I was down to about the size I was when I stalled...and now the tops are coming back. So...here's to rest, food, & sleep!
