Thought I would copy this in for anyone interested in using essential oils in BE, and for anyone using jojoba oil in the booby batter. It's from Aromatherapy for Women, by Maggie Tisserand, pp. 41-42:
<<Few women are truly happy with the size of their breasts, thinking that they are either too big or too small. The discontentment can cause feelings of insecurity and unhappiness, which can lead to an impairment of sexual pleasure. I am not saying that aromatherapy can automatically transform the breast size, but evidence has been put forward to suggest that some plants contain "phyto-hormones" (plant hormones). These work in a similar way to human hormones, which are responsible for many functions, including the development of the breasts. Geranium oil is purported to be very rich in phyto-hormones and so, after a friend of mine had stopped breastfeeding her last child and found that her bust measurement had shrunk to 32 inches, I decided to put the theory to the test. Ylang ylang was blended with geranium in a sweet almond oil base and given to her with instructions to rub it in night and morning, taking a few minutes to massage the muscles of the chest wall, directly above the breasts. An improvement in the size and tone of the breasts was noticed gradually, over a long period of time, but perseverance has paid off, because now her bust measurement is 36 inches, and the muscle tone is so good that a bra is an 'optional extra.'
Women who are well-endowed, but would prefer to be less so, could use jojoba oil with a little rose oil regularly to gently massage the breasts. I have found that jojoba has the ability to emulsify fat deposits under the skin, which are then removed from the body. >>
So, you can see from the last paragraph that jojoba would be good used, for example, on the thighs to get rid of cellulite, but not for BE. I use jojoba oil on my face, especially during AF when it's puffy and I look like the Pillsbury Dough Girl.
If you're interested in using essential oils but are wary, do some research until you're comfortable with it. If you're never comfortable with it, that's fine, too. I have used them for several years...not just BE, off and on as I have been with it, but for other things, as well. My son has allergies and likes to have a drop of lavender on a cotton ball near his pillow at night to help him sleep (he's 9). A drop of geranium oil on a sugar cube has helped me tremendously with laryngitis. Tea tree is antiviral, antifungal, etc. And on and on.
I will say that one thing that really got me interested in using eo's for BE is that I hate swallowing pills. I do swallow the herbs I take, but for the most part, I rely on massage (and it seems to be working -- woo hoo!).
Anyway, this is all FYI. Grace

Hi Princess Grace, Thank you for the info. I'd be very interested in trying the massage recipe mentioned in the book. Could you give us a list of amounts please? I've heard of geranium oil being used for BE before, on the MTH board. I think for many women the BE process is extremely gradual and I'd be very interested in using a booby batter that doesn't make me smell as bad as the fenugreek extract I'm using! Just out of interest, how much have you grown? And over how long?
happy growin, Warrior Queen

WOW! Could it be that we can dump the Pancake smell? I do use BBW's Aromatherapy lotions & oils, which include ylang-ylang and some of these other oils. Doubt we could dump the fenugreek, but maybe with enough of the oils...we could hide that IHOP smell a bit. Thanks! Princess Grace, this is GREAT information

Hi ladies -- WQ: You betcha -- here's the recipe as listed in the book I quoted from (p. 143): <<Breast developer (massage oil) 9 drops GERANIUM essential oil 16 drops YLANG-YLANG essential oil in 50 ml base oil (do not use jojoba) ~or~ 2 drops GERANIUM essential oil 1 drop YLANG-YLANG essentail oil in 2 tsp camillia (or other base oil)>> Personally, I'm not a stickler about measuring drops, but I don't use more than what's recommended. Also, I'm not sure, but I think the author may have the drop amounts switched in the "single dose" recipe -- I think it's supposed to be 1 drop g. oil to 2 drops y.y. oil. But, whatever. In my breast massage lotion, I typically use 2-3 Tbsp. of a carrier oil like grapeseed (my favorite) or olive oil. To that, I've added a few squirts of the Enhancement Blend extract (smells like molasses), a few drops of fennel extract, a few drops of geranium, and ylang ylang -- a couple more than I put in of the geranium. I've even added a few drops of oregano. (My disclaimer: I'm not recommending my massage oil recipe to anyone -- this is just what I personally do.) Have I grown? I seem to have. Last time I measured, a couple of months ago, I was 31-1/2". Last night, I measured in at 32-1/2". That's an inch!!!!! ;D I'm a full A cup currently (well, one of them is ). I'm soooo hoping this doesn't go away with A.F. Time will tell, I guess. I know these measurements make me sound scrawny, but I weigh over 120 lbs. I've just got that pear shape.... Wenonae: You're welcome! I was amazed to find out about all the different carrier oils that we can use. Be careful though, about choosing oils that might clog your pores. I think peanut oil is one that does that (according to the guy at the health food store). Momi: you mean you don't like smelling like breakfast?? The extract kind of smells like molasses, but I haven't added any fenugreek extract by itself. Is that what you do? I think I remember you saying you also add in the Greenbush Enhancement extract, but do you also add additional fenugreek? Grace

Thanks Princess Grace! I've put a few drops of oregano oil (the ingestible kind) in my batter too, along with some olive oil. I'll order geranium oil and YY as well. Can't wait to dump the fenugreek! Having said that, oregano oil (mine's from Puritan's Pride) smells pretty strong too... Congrats on the growth - that's really cool! And in time for sparkly Christmas tops! WQ

Great recipe. There is a health food store next to where I take my kids to music lessons. I will stop there tonight. I have found that massage does more than taking all this stuff internally anyway...its dilligence and tenacity that's missing on my part. I'm excited to try this. I just need someone to send me a daily reminder to do my massage...hope I never have to depend on prescription drugs...would never remember to take them all. thanks tea

Tea, did you make it to the health food store? And did you tell them why you were there? That's one thing I can't bring myself to do! I'll buy my oils and fennel capsules there (and eventually whatever else I'll need when the rest of it runs out), but I'm not telling them what for! The owner is a man, who is very helpful, but a.) I'm afraid he'll try to discourage me and tell me it won't work, and b.) he's a man! And this is personal (never mind that umpteen millions of people have the ability to read this board, but you know what I mean!).

Hi Grace, Nope didn't buy anything...way too expensive there. I will try to find them cheaper on line and they will be my Christmas present. Massage really helps a rogue lymph node I have floating around my left side so I'm considering this theraputic. Good Luck to all. tea

Hi Princess Grace, Yeah, I put more fenugreek in from Puritan's Pride, it doesn't smell nearly as strong as the Greenbush. I have found that peppermint extract helps kill that pancake smell. It reduces it a lot. I was in Walmart right after I started my own boobie batter recipe, I was trying on clothes and girls in another dressing room, kept commenting on how they smelled pancakes! Being the evil lil' spud I can be...I just sat in my dressing room and GIGGLED! Yeah...it was that strong! Not sure we could actually dump the fenugreek, but maybe the ylang-ylang would help some too! Thanks

Yeah...WOW! I started using ylang-ylang oil, I just happen to have in the house. I bought BB & W's aromatherapy "sensual", and ylang-ylang is the MAIN ingredient. ;D With a lil' Vita E and sumptin' else. The first day I massaged with just that...I started getting the itchies! Watch it's an allergic reaction! ::)That would be my luck! Naaaaah! Teasing....growing itchies! Straight from the "girls". Let's see if I get a present

Hi Tea and Momi! Glad to hear you're both trying the EEs and liking them. Itchies are good, Momi! Let us know if it helps with the growth. That would be encouraging. Especially since I lost my fullness after AF left the building.... Not giving up, though, nope. Going to keep at it. AND...I'll admit I wasn't quite so faithful with my herbs and EE massage over the holidays...DUH! What did I think would happen?? This is definitely something I need to keep up with regularly. Tea -- I started using the jojoba on my thighs today! What a coincidence. I've been trying to keep up the calories to help with BE, but it's been going straight to my thighs! Need to get back to the massage (need to make a new batch of boobie batter first) to tell my body where to send that fat! Grace

Grace, One thing I have found, I get horrid luteal swelling...like I have to hold my boobs when going up/down stairs. YEEEOUCH! Then when AF made her appearance, of course I would loose that wonderful boobage, but would typically grow days 3-7. One of the theories on the board (actually MSN and I think I brought it over) is that since the estrogen is SO high during the luteal phase, tissue is being created....then distributed during AF when the body is NOT so busy creating hormones. It's basically shedding lining and getting ready for the next round. Have a look, should be able to search "luteal swelling"...or "Creation and Distirbution". Hopefully I transferred it.
