i really shrunk this month. wondering how much money and time i've put into this to be just the way i was  God's got other plans for me...not going to be a sex kitten in this life. nonetheless, i will finish my herbs this month and try again maybe next year. ann |

Hi Tea,
The same thing was happening to me when I was on herbs- luteal phase swelling. I was gaining about an inch during luteal phase and then would loose everything.
i was tired of giving myself false hope which would be washed away with my periods.
So finally I switched to BO. Started on BO just 3 days ago so don't know what is in store for me.
If BO also does not work for me, I think I would give up the whole BE thing.

I'm with ya - I kept one size but nothing more is happening and I don't feel as full as I used to. I will try BO too after I take a month break from these herbs so I don't totally abuse my poor body! I am just afraid of the pooch stomach! I already have one that won't go away. It's that or I pray to get rich for BA!
