Just wanted to start this thread as we've had some AWESOME action going on in the medical section. Seems like everything points to that to grow boobies, one needs IGF-1 (made from HGH in liver) and estrogen in good levels, lower progesterone, high prolactin (increased by massages), and lower dopamine
For those of you who most of the medical information has gone over your heads, and for those who are ready to dig into using HGH precursors (things which cause body to generate HGH), this is for u.
-First, your body naturally produces HGH already. Some maybe more than others, but u can take advantage of that action, by taking ur lost estrogen dose just before bed. HGH levels in adults are highest in adults duing first 90 min of sleep (Fawn says this all the time).
-Next, you should be excercising moderately, to keep fats from deposting in un-lovely places..and even if ur not, if u run around doing errands, and u get ur blood going..ur raising ur HGH levels also. So for ur middle of the day dose..do before running errands to try to utilize it then.
-But, if you've tweaked ur regimes with no results and taken at most optimal times, then using precursors may become of interest. Be cautious of how much is ingested, and the time period. Most of the information I've researched myself says that body builders only use HGH precursors including L-arginine, L-orthinine, L-glutamine, L-tyro, and others for 2-3 months, then take a 2-3 month break. Apparently, the body gets too smart and will not respond..lending to more is not always better
If u have cold sores- don't use L-arganine. You could try to supplement with an equal dose of L-lysine, however, u still may have problems
If u eat lots of Chinese food with MSG, don't use L-glutamine. MSG (monosodium glutamate) is of a similar family and it'll be overkill. Side effects from L-glutmine include acromeply (overgrowth of bones, etc.)
Use only small doses of 500g of each L at a time. Take on an empty tummy. Best just before going to sleep or an hour before workout. Might be a good time, too to take an estrogen dose, since HGH will be higher from precursor and aerobic activity.
Pituitary glandular helps to generate many things good, and may be another option instead of precursors.
A precursor is a substance that your body needs to make another substance. Pregnenolone is a precursor for estrogen, progesterone & testosterone. Arginine & ornithine are precursors to human growth hormone (HGH or GH) and human growth hormone is a precursor to insulin-like growth hormone (IGF).
Pituitary concentrate works the same way that ovarian concentrate (BO) does - by stimulating the gland to produce hormones and providing nutrients to do so and by providing some of the same hormone that the gland does. The pituitary gland produces several hormones -

growth hormone, thyroid-stimulating hormone, adrenocorticotropic hormone, & prolactin, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, antidiuretic hormone and oxytocin
