I was re-reading Fawn's survey results, and noticed mention of a survey form for people to fill in. Is this still available? Fawn, are you still collecting results for future analysis?

No, I haven't been collecting anymore data on this.
Might repeat it next spring, though - if anyone is interested in doing it.
