Okay, so this question has just kind of been on my mind. You know how massaging or skin brushing is recommended for the cellulite on your thighs and butt? Well - I was just wondering why that would help get rid of fat when the other massage we do - on breasts - helps grow tissue or accumulate fat there.

I wondered the same thing - isn't it possible that massaging could stop breast growth?

Areas with cellulite have uneven fatty deposits, that's what gives it that bumpy look. When you massage the area you're evening out the fatty deposits and breaking them down into an even layer rather than the clumps of fat. So, technically, it doesn't get rid of the fat. The massaging action increases blood circulation to the areas with cellulite, which helps to even out the tone.
Massaging your breasts is different because the fat in the breasts isn't at risk of going clumpy like with cellulite (and if you ever feel bumps, get them checked out!). I'm not entirely sure about the effects of massaging breasts are, except that it increases prolactin which is helpful in BE.
So, in short, massaging areas affected by cellulite doesn't get rid of the fat, it just affects the appearance of it. The only way to truly remove cellulite is to do some really hardcore exercise and eat really healthy - both of which are the only ways to remove the fat.

Hi, I found that skinbrushing seemed to stimulate my estrogen receptors more in my tummy and thighs, so have since stopped.

Well, I don't know for absolute sure, but after skinbrushing I would get the same kind of tingling and itchies that I feel in my breasts when they are growing. Also, yes I did accumulate a nice fat layer on my tummy, butt and thighs ( I realize this is common with BE but when the tingling and itchies are there too, it kinda make you wonder??) Anyway, I've been able to control the fat accumulation quite well without skinbrushing.
