Hi I wanna know, is there anything that I can do to get curvier hips, I have hips but would like it more rounder and shapley. Please help me and is there a way that you can actually make your waist smaller??? Basically I want an hourglass shape! I would love for any info I can get!

If you go to a gym, the leg press or leg sled machines are good for bulking up the upper legs/hip/butt area. My dad hates big backsides on women, so he warns them all off of it. If you use these machines, work up to high weights to try to add bulk. An alternate is squats on a Smith machine. Be careful with your form so you do not damage your knees. It would be best to read up and look at pictures of these exercises before attempting them. As far as your waist, if you are thin already you probably can't make it much smaller. If you have flub there, than any weight loss SHOULD whittle down your waist.
