...these are my biggest problem areas which i wanna get under control. my question is where on the web can i find toning excersises ( nothing with cardio. prefer with weights) that target these places. also pics would be nice so that i see what im doing.

Hi Honeebee, I use Pilates tapes which work very well for all those areas. You could google up "The Method" and see what comes up. A few names that come to mind are Jennifer Kries, Winsor Pilates, and Tracy Malin. There are websites for all of them which may have pictures. I also have a Pilates book which illustrates all the positions along with a description. Many apartment complexes, schools and community centers offer pilates and yoga for free or very little per class. Good luck.

what causes delay in menstration period how can i reduces the size of my hip, thigh and legs although i have not been pregnant before you can actually stop your menstral cycle if you can loose enough weight (fat). its the fat in our body that controls mentral cycles. its when we reach a certain ratio of fat in our body that menstration occures. anyways, right now im using the ball to do exercises. i am training with core secrets DVDs and im having fun with hip hop abs. i really want to try pilates at some point. one thing i like about the ball is that you can work out every part of your body with great resistance. the ball is a cheap way to replace many expensive and one trick machines and still give a very challenging work out.
