Soooo, this has been my first week with T-Tapp and I've done both instructionals 3 times and skin brushing 5 times. I did, however, undo all that good by eating and drinking far too well this weekend. Oh, well. Next week should see me living a healthier life.

I missed a couple days because of stomach problems which we're still trying to figure out. However, 4 out of 7 ain't too bad!
I did BWO+ plus some Lifelift and AL, IOPs and DD.

Yah, I know. I'm late. But at least I did my workouts So last week I worked out 5 times switching between tempo regular, tempo torso, and tempo legs (just the first part) And it's a happy anniversary to me on the 14th as it is a year I have been doing t-tapp. I took my measurements and I have lost 14 inches in the year! I lost more than two inches on my waist, hips, and abs. That's good for me. So, hopefully I'll get it together next Sunday and actually account on time. Katrina

Well, I'm ready to hit it hard. Actually, I'm doing my own "beauty bootcamp" - 12 weeks of butt busting and health & beauty overhaul, which I'm documenting on the discussion forum at my website.
So - it's torture for me!
Ready to step it up.
I have a February deadline to hit.
This week will be BWO+ Next week I start DEMANDING the time to do the total workout.

Has T-Tapp made anyone's hips hurt a little bit? The front of mine, the part where the front of the thigh seems to connect to the hip joint, hurts. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, or maybe my legs just don't want to align with the knee to the little toe. I dunno and thought I'd check over here.

Hehe,
As you will find out, you will hurt in all kinds of different places most of the time. It changes what area hurts even though you are doing the same exercise.
When I first started, my knees killed me from pushing my knee to little toe. And now my knees are usually fine, although it hurts again sometimes.
You just never know what is going to hurt next. That's the amazing thing about t-tapp. You do the same routine and you totally feel different muscles being worked each time almost.
Anotherwards, this pain will pass and you'll have a new one to tell us ;D.
I still am blasted sore every time I do my workouts and I've been consistent for a year now. This exercise is serious.
Keep paining. The pain is worth the results!
