Sorry I'm late, worked Sunday and yesterday. Anyways, did manage to squeeze in some BWO+'s, AL's, OIP's, and stretching, along with brushing. It wasn't on a certain schedule, just when I found time to squeeze it in. Did manage to lose almost 2" in the areas I needed, hips and thighs, yay! Am starting to see some muscle improvement around the middle. Think I had that dreaded 'fat-shift' thing. Started out having decent muscle tone in my mid region, then it kinda looked fluffier and felt squishier. Now it's starting to show more definition again. I should never have stopped, lol.

Hi guys, Sounds like you're doing great Pammy! I'm thinking of getting the T-Tapp beginner tape (doing Pilates tape at the moment). I'm feeling more aligned and definitely feel my abs are coming up. But this seems to push out the fat around my stomach! You mention the 'fat-shift' thing. Is this when your muscles become stronger and somehow 'push' the fat outward? I feel really squishy around the waist now! Just sitting typing is pretty gross! I can feel my stomach squishing about! How can you get this fat thing under control? I'm not trying to lose weight (absolutely un-BE), just tighten up! So cool you lost from your thighs! You must be feeling and looking great! WQ

Hey WQ! From what I've been reading from others and how it appears to be doing on me that is exactly what it sounds like. Kinda like a steak that has fat marbled in it, so is our muscles. When they get stronger or tighter they push out the fat, but that is okay cause the stronger muscles will burn more energy and will eventually burn off the fat that it's pushed out. It's getting it closer to being burned off. I know, very un-BE. So far, I haven't lost any up top (well, 1/2 since that darned AF showed up last Friday, but that's normal), just in the other areas. I'd gladly give up an inch or two to have some sleek thighs, though. ;D If you do get the t-tapp let us all know how it goes for you, okay??

I'll definitely let you know! Well at least the fat is being pushed out, ready to be burned off! It just feels so icky! I'll keep banging away though! Good luck with T-Tapp!
