Hi girls, I'm thinking about getting on the T-Tapp routine but don't know which workout to go for. I'm not looking to lose weight, it's more about tightening (getting sleek). Not sure whether to go for individual workouts (the abs workout would be fab) or a basic workout. I run or go on the hometrainer 2 - 3 times a week. But I can see my thighs getting a bit spongy on the front and my stomach a bit. I'm also interested in her diet info - I'm blood type O. Feel that at my age it's time to get into good habits and if this is the quickest way to trim, I'm interested! Thanks guys!

I would start with the Basic Workout Plus.
