Maybe it's the EPO oil, then - NQ?
Makes more sense than the arg/orn...

Gigi,
Glad you responded. For years I took EPO at 3000 mgs per day and did NOT have this kind of problem. I started taking that combo and bam!
Fawn,
I will try the glutamine and hopefully will not have any problem side effects. So glad I am keeping a journal (for the most part) of all that I am taking and when I started so that way I can pinpoint what is causing my problem. I looked over my regime before and have shared that information but this is the first time it clicked.
I have already noticed a difference in my face from not using the arg/orn combo. It hasn't even been a week and I can tell that is what was causing the problem. I may or may not resume my EPO when I start taking all of my other vitamins. I don't know if I need a colon cleanse or what because I did the liver one and I detoxed but my vitamins still were uneffective.
Thanks for the responses and help.
Happy growing to us all!

TEXT Hello again NQ, I find that whenever my hormones kick in particularly during ovulation or just before my period my skin goes nuts. Since I'm perimenopausal I never know when or if I will ovulate or have a period. Lately I've been back in menstruation mode and the only change I've made was cutting back on my herbal dosages while cycling with progesterone cream. This change was dramatic so I know I'm onto something. My thinking is that since I've simulated a pretty regular cycle I now have a basis from which to alter it. I also had difficulty with high dosages of SP but have reintroduced that at much lower levels and am including heat after topical application of extract at night. I found that high dosages for me amounted to overkill and as a consequence nothing happened as far as breast growth. Butt, thigh and belly was another matter entirely. Those areas just kept piling it on along with some nasty cellulite. You're probably right about the combo of everything being responsible for your acne. Sometimes the body just rebels. Regarding lysine for cold sores-that's always helped me particularly when you first get that initial tight, dry sensation. Here's hoping you hit on the right combo for growth! Where's an icon for a toast when you need it??? gigi

As a little support for my claim that IGF IS INDEED necessary for breast growth and development (and indirectly HGH), please read my post in Medical Related Studies (in the "Health" area of the board) called "Tissue-Engineered Breast Augmentation"
