Well, it's all basically trial and error, paying attention to your body and the sensations you get with each herb is what it's really all about, the "figuring it out" stage. So you could start with one herb and then slowly increase the dosage and
then you start mixing and matching to other herbs, just see what feels right.
Remember that if you don't feel anything it means you need to take more, and if you get sensations until a day or a few days after taking the herb(s), it means you're taking too much, so I would advise that you start taking herbs only every three or four days, just to see what rhythm and frequency of intake is correct for you.
Also, before you start your routine, you should do all the exercise and weightloss you won't be able to do once you are taking the herbs, because once you start, any change that happens to your body should remain unbothered until you can figure out what it is or where it is going or even if it is temporary.
Routines work along with your menstrual cycle, so the usual changes that happen to us within that cycle will be slightly different or more intense. For example I happen to get moodswings, PMS-y and overall emotional when I take too much herbs. Also gaining water may give the illusion that you're gaining weight, but it is actually helpful. It is also normal to retain water in our bodies right before we bleed, and herbs will make that more noticeable, so your first changes in chest measurements will only be water retaining and draining.
Also, pictures help a lot, so even if you won't show us, take a picture of any angle you want from before you start your routine and then another picture every month or so. Sometimes we may think our herbs are not working when they really are, only slowly so we don't notice much change until we compare the photos.
Protein is your friend.
Don't be afraid of eggs and meat, and also a protein powder to add to milkshakes is a great idea.
Be active, but not with weightloss in mind, more like toning and maintaining your current weight. It will help with water retention (if you don't usually work out, the first times you do you will retain a lot of water, but it then goes away quickly to reveal your new look), it will also help with blood circulation and ergo with the flow of herbs inside of your body, and most importantly with your cellulite
Massage, massage, massage. Eveb before you start your routine, get used to massaging your breasts at every chance you get, even if for a minute.
You could take a hot shower and massage your whole body, to help circulation, nutrient reception, and again, your cellulite
As you can see, NBE is the whole package. It's about taking care of your body before, during and after your routine, listening to anything it might need, and then it can obey your orders to grow wherever you want.
These are just the basics, I can't really interpret your hormonal needs from what you posted on your stats, but many people here can and they will help you.
I'm a bit worried about the problems you've had before with pains in your ovaries and uterus but if the doctor says you're fine, then you're fine.
I'm your age so I don't think we need mandatory regular check-ups, do we?
But the diet thing, stay on it until about.... say... March? April?
In these cold, dark months nothing works as well as in spring or summer, so wait until then to start your routine. You have until then.
Think of our bodies as... plants. If you plant a seed during the winter, nothing will grow, it's just the natural cycle, but it is around March (before easter) that the Carnivals (last weekend, actually) mark the date when the seeds should be prepared for plantation, and well you know the rest... we get pretty crops in spring, by late summer or early autumn we pick up the fruits, by winter we should wait until spring to start again.
