This is my first attempt at NBE so any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated Stats (summarized from Stats page) Age: 26 Height: 5'0" Weight: 97 lbs Cup Size: AAA Children: None Birth Control: Marvelon Body type: Naturally pear shaped; Slim on top with a curvier bottom Diet and Exercise: Diet is generally healthy: lots of vegetables, fruits and lean proteins. I don't count calories but I would guess that my calorie consumption isn't very high. Don't really exercise except for some brisk walking during the day. Goal: Full A cup I've only started taking herbs about 5 days ago, but already I'm feeling a tiny bit of tenderness and a bit of fullness as well. The herbs I'm taking are: Fenugreek: 500mg x 3 Wild Yam: 425mg x 3 Saw Palmetto: 500mg x 3 EPO: 500 mg x 3 Massage 1 x per day for approx 20 min. Currently using only coconut oil as I tried making a batter with fenugreek and I couldn't stand the smell. Any advice on a massage oil that would prove effective for growth that don't smell like Fenugreek would be very much appreciated. Looking to also get a heating pad to use after massage. Also considering Wild Yam cream. Any thoughts on the effectiveness of that? I'm going to see how I feel after two weeks on this program and then consider ramping up. Please chime in if you could see anywhere where I could improve my routine. I'm very keen to do what it takes to see results!

Welcome! Good Luck with BE. About the fenugreek smell-try fennel instead in your batter. It's supposed to be almost as good as fenugreek but you won't have the smell! Since you are starting out at AAA you won't want to ramp up very high or you will stall out. I think I've read usually 1000mg to 1500mg a day is what you want to stay at starting that small but I can't remember for sure. Well good luck again....hope you can get help from some of the more experienced but it's kinda slow during the winter!
