Wahaika, thank you for responding to my message. As far as the endometriosis goes, I was diagnosed in 1998 and about a month later I had a laparoscopy done. After that my doctor wanted to put me on lupron just in case the laser didn't clean everything out also, my uterus was still enlarged. I refused after researching the side effects. Instead I looked into a natural remedy for endometriosis and cysts. Fortunatley I had a good doctor, although he was a little skeptical, he was a little skeptical he was willing to supervise the treatment. It was a 3 month treatment, when I went back, he was amazed at how well it worked. I had no more signs of endometriosis and my uterus had returned to normal. Anyway, while I was researching the different herbs I came accross NBE. I realized some of the herbs I was taking was in a lot of the formulations for BE. So far I the endometriosis has not returned. Once in awhile I will get midcycle pain and bloating which can be debilating for a few hours until it subsides. I just keep good comunication with my doctor and so far so good. What I have noticed is that when I am taking herbs for BE I don't get the midcycle pain or bloating, my cycle is very mild and my moods are better. When I'm not on anything for BE I'm a wreck. So my doctor says keep doing what I'm doing. At the begining of this year I had started the greenbush program for about 2 months, but didn't continue, so I had some initial swelling but that was all. Before that about a year ago I did the Flat2fab routine for a little over 3 months and grew about half and inch. This time I want to continue for as long as it takes. I did read your thread on "timing of routines", but I really would rather continue through these months even if not much happens. I live in Houston, TX, we really don't have very cold or long winters. I will continue my current routine and incorporate massage as you suggested. When you suggested the red clover extract was that internal or for massage? You asked about when started getting soreness. If I'm not mistaken it would be in the luteal stage. My periods a pretty regular. I'm expecting to start tomorrow. My last period was on Sept. 28th. Of course right now I have swellling and aching, but I've had aching and soreness for almost 2 wks. I'm sorry for making this post so long but I think I got evertything in there.
