Hi all I have been using Perfect C for 3 months and saw a fullness in my breasts but not full enough for new bras! I have decided to finish that routine and opted to take a more personalised routine, although I've been looking for a month I can't quite decide where to start? I'm 32a/b depending on bra make, rather skinny due to high metabolism, very active, very healthy (eg i dont smoke at all nor drink too much alcohol) I was planning to go for the basic BE program of Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek and Red Clover. Also to make some boobie batter using extracts of above and drink some herbal tea. My boyfriend is 100% behind me and i'm very willing to make this work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Missbuttons, whenever i tell someone about taking any herbs or using any kid of routine, i usualy suggest the place i've gotten my herbs from because of the purity. I am fully behind them. Plus, they are working for me soo...... i want them to work for everyone! Greenbush.net has pre-made routines so that you don't have to go through the process of trial and error wchich can sometimes just lead to discouragement. Check out my routine area when i've been journalling for more information. Hopefully it helps you.

Aw thanks Femiline I really wish I could order from Greenbush but the delivery rates to the UK are high, and they dont even cover the taxes that can get charged, so I could end up paying an unreasonable amount though charges alone I'm afraid I'll have to stick with something else when i find it, currently scouring the (UK) net for stuff. Thanks for you words of support, it is greatly appreciated. x

There are other good brands of herbs besides Greenbush. I don't order any of my herbs and go to my local health food store. Just look at the ingredients and make sure there aren't any fillers in there. Fennel, Fenugreek, & Saw Palmetto seem to be a few of the basics. There's other stuff, really depends on what you think your body needs. It's good to read up on the herbs and see what they are used for. Either way, just ramp them up 1 at a time. I personally like buying from a local store because then I can just buy 1 bottle or whatever at a time. That way I don't have to buy 3 months of herbs until I know what works with my body. After that I can just go on over the the store and get more, without waiting for shipping times.
Good Luck! I hope you can find what you are looking for.

I totally agree with Flatmama though about local stores because it is much easier just to go get them in the quantities you want- when you want them. Also, looking for no fillers will def. give you the best purity. I, however like the extract forms because they absorb quicker into your body- but i can't seem to find those at any local stores. Where do you generally shop FM? By the way, MissButtons....I've always wanted to go to scotland! I've never been but can somehow make out their accent pretty well- maybe it's my extreme interest in it? lol.

Hi MissB, That site does look pretty good. I had remembered seeing it before when I was first researching NBE but couldn't find it this morning. I was going to post it! I use the extracts for massage purposes, that's all. I have a few stores in my area that sell the brand I get, Solarary. They also carry Nature's Way and Nature's herbs...and other good brands. They've started carrying some non-alcoholic extracts, along with the regular extracts. I can't remember what brand. They are just local stores, no big franchise ones. Again, good luck, MissB. You might want to read up on Wahaika's 'timing of routines'. It's pretty interesting. beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=3029 reply #2 It talks about best growing times of the year and such. Spring is really the best time to start if you can wait, but I understand....you just want to get going. I'm the same way!

Still in the mindset of buying an SAD lamp to beat the onset of melatonin for the coming darker months. And also came across a herbal tea in our local shop called Dr. Stuarts Skin Purify tea. Contains Red Clover, Nettle Leaves, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Lemon Peel and Natural Lemon Flavour. Worth a go right? If anything I can keep up detoxed skin and healthy living

If you do end up buying the SAD light, I can't wait to see how it works out for you. I'm giving herbs during the winter a try to. Hopefully I can keep weight gain in all the wrong places away.

Hey,
I have recently had to start taking Ginko Biloba, 1 x 7500mg a day, to treat bad circulation in my feet which are suffering from painful stiff jointedness and chilblains. The joys of working in a freezing dark office. I never used to suffer from this until I started working here.
Still haven't started my BE routine yet because I've been going through a stressful time at work and home. With 3 jobs on the go I find I never have time for myself. Who knows, after Christmas with any luck on finding a better job, things might calm down.
Anyhow, hope everyone is doing well.
Love, missbuttons xx

FMI.
So I had a feeling amidst the chaos of work in my life and just finishing AF that I should start BE.
I began with massaging in the morning, Red Clover tincture and Aloe Vera and Vitamin E moisturiser.
Taking 1 Fenugreek, ramped up to 2 perday, about to start on Saw Palmetto soon.
Feeling little tingles and itches, so I gently dry massage when needed.
Have noticed only after about 4th day of use that my breasts have become noticeably fuller all around.
This is without the use of a SAD lamp nor having a sufficient amount of sunlight which I crave.

I'm keeping up with a low dosage of Fenugreek (1000mg) and Fennel (1000mg) a day, along with Ginko Biloba (7500mg) I regularly keep up with massage of Vitamin E and Aloe Vera cream and Red Clover Tincture mixed in (about 3 drops) My boyfriend has noticed my breasts growing, and everything else seems fine, no other weight gain. I'm happy, i'm healthy. Yeh its going fine right now. I plan on eating tonnes this Christmas though, so if i do gain weight it's self inflicted through food!! lol
