Ok, so I have been taking fenugreek for about 3 weeks, flaxseed oil for about 2, and I'm seriously considering taking some SP but haven't bought any yet. I am on spironolactone which supposedly has an anti-androgen effect but because fenugreek sometimes effects the absorption of medication I take them about 2 hours apart. So here's my routine: - Spironolactone - 1/day in the morning with breakfast
- Fenugreek - 610mg 3Xday starting two hours after breakfast, maybe an hour after lunch and right before bed.
- Flaxseed Oil - 1000mg 2Xday - the first with my first fenugreek and the second with my last right before bed.
I'm considering starting to drink whey protein shakes too. I have two questions and I'm not sure if this is the right forum to put them in, but if not just let me know. First, I've been reading and I've heard some people's growth stays and some doesn't. What is the trick to keeping them once you grow them? Second, should I take SP or fennel. I've read alot of good things on this board about both of them. I've taken the online tests and I'm pretty sure that I have excess androgens which is probably why my Derm prescribed spironolactone for me, but I'm still confused about what might work better for me. Also, it might be important to note that in the last week my boobs have become INCREDIBLY sore. The week before they were just tingly and now they feel like they did the first time I was pregnant...I think this is a good sign, right?

Hokay For growth that stays, the cell needs to be fully developed (walls, cell innards like mitochondria, etc, & water). If you're on only some of the right things, then you might have fat cell walls form and they fill w/ water. However, because there's no "meat"/innards, the swelling goes away. Next, spironolactone pretty good wrt to treating the cause of your acne, but unlike herbs, the chemical doesn't help your body do the work on its own. So, once you stop..then any BE goodies also will go UNLESS you leverage the inhibited testosterone and take some good phytoestrogens which will help your body work on its own. That being said- I'm also glad you're putting time between herbs and the chemicals...because as you see the herbs can affect absorption of some types of chemicals and vice versa. As far as your BE plan right now (while on spirolactane)...I'd recommend a 5 month regimen (leverage the spirolactane...SP would be weaker and would be overkill at this point): Fennel- www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Aloelax-with-Fennel-Seedand Protein shake- www.vitacost.com/Natures-Plus-Simply-Natural-Original-SPIRU-TEIN-Vanilla-ShakeThis should help net you 2.1c over 8 months time. Your old regimen, you'd get a lot of soreness, but no real permanent size increase. Take all BE stuff at nite b4 bed (1.5-2hrs after eating). Take spirolactane in morning (either b4 or after u each). Cycle 1- 3 Fen, 1/2scoop shake in 1cup of water every other day Cycle 2- 4 Fen, 1/3scoop in 0.75cup of water every other day Cycle 3- 5 Fen, 1/4scoop in 0.5cup of water every other day Cycle 4- 4 Fen, 1/4scoop in 0.5cup of water every other day Cycle 5- 3 Fen, no shakes Happy Shoppin' Wen'

Thanks wen for the quick response. So what you're saying is that I should take the fennel and protein along with what I'm already taking as far as fenugreek and flaxseed? Or I should nix the fenugreek and flax and just do the fennel and protein? I'm more than willing to listen to your advice, so thank you so much for helping! I was kind of going on a shot in the dark when I started this

So I started my first cycle 2 days ago which is as follows:
Cycle 1- 3 Fen, 1/2scoop shake in 1cup of water every other day (taken right before bed).
I have also discovered that I may not have actually been an "A" cup before I started this because although I was wearing an "A" bra my measurement around the breast at the fullest point is only a 6.5. I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not but I have some left over Clevastin cream that I use every morning just out of habit. Will this help or inhibit the growth??

The Clevastin- it's really not the healthiest for your system. If you want to just do something 'extra', do a few massage rubs in shower in the inward direction. Wen'

I'm not sore like I was when on fenugreek, but these pains are daily and I'm pretty sure they weren't there before. When I was on fenugreek I had a 'let down' feeling along with the soreness, but this is way different.

Ok so I'm in the middle of my first cycle and either I am imagining all this or something is happening. I definitely feel pains in my breasts and around them...sometimes even in my armpits (which I've read on here and seems to be normal). Some days they are pretty intense pains that actually cause me to feel the need to rub them, lol.
I know I'm not imagining the pains, but I also have noticed that in my mind my breasts feel fuller and my bras are even fitting a little better. I'm measuring a little more than 6 3/4 in each breast. So I'm not sure if I'm just measuring differently than I did the first time or if I may have really grown 1/4 inch.
Also, I did read that swelling is possible at times, so maybe the measurements are due to that, I dont know...but I definitely feel like this is the closest I've gotten to something actually working.
My stomach is handling the fennel a little better than it was now too. I was having pretty good cramps and loose stools, but the past two days have been much better and I'm still taking the same amount of fennel, so I think my body is adjusting.

Ok, so today marks 4 weeks of being on my first cycle. My growing pains have come back even though they aren't as strong as they were before. I haven't started my period yet, but I'm anxious to start cycle 2. This morning I measured darn close to 7" in my right breast and 6 3/4 in my left. Also, yesterday I wore a strapless bra that I NEVER fill out and I actually filled it up so I know that there is a difference and it's not in my head! So far I am thrilled with the results and I hope it continues!

Wen, I have a question for you if you are reading this... I used to power walk about 30-45 minutes 4 times a day. While doing BE I am worried about starting this back up, but I really want/need to for the sake of my wasteline. My question to you is how do you think this will affect my progress? I am DEFINITELY seeing a difference in size and I measured 7" this morning in BOTH breasts, so I don't want to screw it up!

niice. What you're talking about is really "moderate" exercise. I did 3-5 hours a week of 1.5hrs of tae kwon do while doing BE and I did fine. The exercise- provides a nice "shot" of HgH level increase during the day.. which helps BE. Only time exercise is a prob is when you burn off all the fats you're growing for BE...and any extras you have stored. Wen'
