Hi, After 9 months of elaborate BE I think I hit a plateau. Or as some of you call it, stalling. There doesn't seem to be any activity in the boob area. Don't feel anything, don't see anymore growth. Wenonea gave me a schedule a couple of months ago, But I forgot when I'm supposed to do the month break. I must admit I'm quite fearfull of doing a whole month without herbs. I'm so used to them and feel they keep what I've gained. (1 cup). This stalling thing can I do something about it? I want to keep going because I totally believe in growing another cup, but need help (again) I did buy Epsom salt so I can do a cleanse. Would it be smart whilst taking herbs, to do a once-a-week mini cleanse? Is this effective enough to clear receptors? Maybe a weird question, but how do you know these receptors are cleared enough to prevent future stalling??? Appreciate any help. greets Dutchy

Heh- the great BE dilemna. Reading you now- you should take a BE break starting your next cycle. You know, at some point you will need to stop the herbs- so might as well test how you've done. If you take a break and only have been on herbs continuously for about 6 months- a serious cleanse isn't needed. This is even more the case if you did one b4 starting BE. Don't worry, a month off herbs- your receptors will re-set. In fact, you'll prolly feel stuff (sensations) while off the herbs. Do a multi on the break and for a few cycles when you come back to BE. When you start back up, drop the SP. G'luck! Wen'

Maybe a dumb question but to be sure, the start of my cycle is the first day of my period? And for the Epsom salt thingy, only in my break or after that, or even before?
Sorry for the loads of questions. One more before bedtime: Why should I drop the SP? Just think it's all very fascinating!!
PS Made my own extract of fenugreek!!!! Use it now in the boobie batter and sometimes in a cup of tea. Let you know how, in the general-section. Sunny greetings, Dutchy

Yup, start cycle is day 1 or 2 of your period. Epsom salt- don't do. You don't have blood clots, changed periods, or any other 'side effects' from your BE effort, so you're body will just cleanse and reset on its own. About dropping SP- Why use it? Are you REALLY muscular naturally? Fenugreek extract- wow! You're a goody for adding it to your tea! ;d. I can barely swallow ANY type of extract in juice or not. Wen'
