REGINA'S TRAVELS TO TANTALIZING TaTa'es

I'm JB, my wife's name is Regina. I was a personal trainer on all Marine and Army sports programs. Over the years I have transitioned to herbals, supplements and vitamins. Regina showed an interest around Christmas of 2007 of regaining the youthfulness of her breasts she remembered before motherhood. Regina is a 40 Y/O Filipina mother of 2 with athletic build, 4'10",just over 100 pounds. Early January 08 she started a baseline of small 34 B , slight sagging at the crease meeting bottom of breasts/rib cage and a verbal cry of, "I have no cleavage Baby"!!! Regular diet and no supplements for years.

Regina has Angina,type 2 Diabetes and has been a light smoker for year's cutting down an slowly quiting with herbals.
We started with heart support and diabetes support vitamin pack's from GNC. GNC wild yam cream, GNC evening primrose, with a Philippine local breast enlargement cream and a china made mothers breast formula cream. We've been massaging breasts several times a day to once daily all along. Regina noticed that the sagging and the sides were filling in before month 2. Then she increased massage around the sides,especially the top and middle cleavage area with the wild yam cream and continuing base line program. Around 3 months she was spilling out of her now tight 34 B (.)(.) bra's. Her measurement went to very small 36C : ) I was serious about research due to all the positive results from research used with great results so far. I found some exercises for breasts on the web. 1.5 months ago, she started these simple moves regularly and walking even more than her usual routine. About a month went by, her bra size went down to 34C , yet Her girl friends under her chin got rather perky up front so to speak. She was so happy and even more excited now than ever before! Regina started drinking one cup of Dr. Dukes BusTea each night with the tinglys, fullness feeling etc etc started again a few days after. She's going down to get measured at the mall and take some photo's soon. 20 April 2008 Regina started the Green Bush enhancement kit. Regina's "BooBEE-BaTTer" is the wild yam cream mixed with enhancement extract and one capsule of enhancement blend herb's from kit. She is massaging as usual and wrapping plastic wrap kitchen goods around boobies with her sports bra on top of all that. Then heating pad program before bed and the batter gets washed off in the morning in the shower. She is considering adding the red clover, black cohosh,coco butter-liquid vitamin E for massage and is continuing the evening primrose. She kinda feels that theres to many moving parts right now so I think she wants to wait n see what happens with this new program change on herb's.
26 April 2008 Regina is noticing much more intensity of the fullness, heaviness-weightiness,tingleyes from HeLL,over all feeling of happiness-wellness, no size increase but they seems to be much more shape over all from old program. Well thats it for now.

Massage with 1ml of extract in BOOBEE-BATTER 20-50 minutes before bed.
Add a hot towel or heating pad for 20 minutes after massage when possible.

Just JB here. Regina does do these smoothie like things a couple times during the day between meals. Up to about 20 grams of whey or soy protein depending on whats going on with sometimes Noni, Mangisteen, liquid vitamins, blended green mango etc.. After massage in morning and mid afternoon. She also does boobie food along with meals and after evening massage. Her routine for exercises is for lower body lady muscle strengthening and torso toning with bust exercises and much stretching 10 seconds plus for each muscle group used ( fascal tissue stretching)before and after each set. She walks and rides bicycle also. Swimming when she can get sessions in. Regina does this mornings and evenings depends on schedule and toddler at home lol. Work outs are 30 minutes or more and massages are a minimum of 20 minutes to around 50 min. When I am around we do alot more together so she has a buddy to push her harder and she really likes that. I hope this helps.

Just curious if your wife has gained or lost any weight during her BE program? I'm kinda in the same boat. I do strength training regularly but also try to get a good run in a few times a week. I don't want to gain weight but don't want to hinder breast growth. Curious question too, did you wife ever notice any increase in tingly's or breast soreness (not muscle) after she does her chest exercises?? Just curious, I have noticed that mine become more intense after this. I feel like I'm just going to go crazy most of the time.

Regina has been walking, bicycling, some swimming and these aerobic video's also for cardio. She was like 110 pounds before starting and due to heat in Philippines these months she is converting what little excess fat she had from the winter with a little reduction in weight hovering at 100 pounds. This has not effected her NBE cause she is still gaining inches as weeks go by. She is really like you in ways of the crazy breast feelings. Regina has noticed alot of stuff since switching to green bush herbs. She says that massage and exercise really brings on all signs of growth. Her over all well being is exacerbated 10 fold while coming down from this side effect to chest work outs-stretching and massage. I think some women can compare to others similar in stats etc and get a frame of mind to what does or doesn't work and tweak it as you get down the road to being bigger and more shapelier in this scary BooBBieDom world,lol : ) It sounds like you and Regina are very similar in growing signs though.. Yeah, thank JB...answered my questions! I'm glad it's not just me having those crazy, almost too hard to handle tingles and stuff after chest exercises. I haven't found any of the theads that have mentioned this although I haven't really found anyone else that does strength training while doing BE. It'll be great to find out if this helps out growth or not. Glad the herbs are working out! I read your post on those workouts. Sounds like something I'm going to add to my routine!!

No, whats going on is real and some is shape changes and some is growth going on.Regina has same thing happening. She will say, I have not growing but honey you gotta see the change in the shape, lift, the tops filled out etc and her breasts move around not just doing inch growing. Look into john perrillo high performance body building. His nutrition, fas-cal tissue and form knowledge are aw some. His free monthly magazine is great with cap tri cooking recipes etc. Speaking of Cap Tri. Look into that it strips unwanted fat and packs on muscle, It hasn't effected a trainer lady professional exotic dancer Friend of minds boob size a bit. I will maybe make a routine for boob's with stretching and exercises and advice on when and how to feed the muscles and boobies, soon. Regina and I has spoke of this for a few weeks now since our research is not getting us info we have not used so me doing a new program from scratch with my known stuff that works and adding others things that work into a new program. On thing Regina see is the more she works on legs and tummy the better her breasts look with her whole body being curvy. Cya later

Come to think of it I got several jars from Vitamin world and the brand is generic to there label I think. I'm state side these days and Regina's in P.I. She is making her own boobie batter with Green bush extracts and powders along with alovera vitamin E and EPA some other stuff also just can't think of it right now. Check back latter when I update her routines and stats , K..

Thats 1.75" gain on bust since Mid April 08

I got a concern call this morning read below. Due to recent changes she said she would wait and remeasure her breasts next week.

I just got off phone with Regina. I really think that the BooBie-Batter is a two fold problem and theres a twist, LMLAO. Being as hot as it is in the P.I. right now. I think wearing the stuff overnight in work out bra is interfering with quality sleep. But at same time this should help body temperature and heat accelerate absorption of lotion herbs etc into dermis of skin better also. Also, She is making reference to her breasts being so big for her small frame now. She sounds scared and saying things like, the old adage with big busted girl's "all boobs no brains" which is totally un true in most cases. Whats interesting though is the old program before Mid April caused her to realize that NBE really works. The Green Bush Herbs + Dr. Dukes BusTea, however since she added these in mid April is really much more intense than before and I wonder if its working too fast? Possibly accelerate stretch marks in breasts even if she is using stuff to accommodate for growth of the skin. Two or three days now she upped the Bustea also adding yerba mate for taste and trimming inches elsewhere other than the boobage, 12 ounces in large thick porcelain cup to retain heat. After her massage routine she is using the cup to kinda acupressure massage them with the cup. She layed the cup by accident on a boob and it had a weird feeling so she experimented some last 3 days and found this really causes feeling in the breasts IE intense warmth, itchy feeling , tingling, aches, soreness and an overwhelming feeling of swelling, fullness, heaviness etc. She also stated that the following morning they feel n look like they have grown overnight. They are so full it almost hurts but good hurt I guess she says. She also said that since starting NBE this last week or so she has never had growth spurt symptomatology list this many at one time or to say the least never in here life has she ever felt this kind of intensity in feelings or just the looks of them ( breasts) for that matter.. She said when massaging n afterward,first thing in morning and during daily activity's . The nipples going deep inside and kind of radiating outward feel so itchy, tingly, warmth from hell but good not scary feeling to worry about she says. Also, she said that the swelling of veins around nipples radiating out ward to a few inch's has increased big time and else where around the breast IE cleavage, outer and tops of breasts have noticeable signs of veins now also like never before this last week. I am thinking the combination of new program and time line of products in her system is causing these huge pinnacles of gains n growth. The size increase may also be a mental mind set she is realizing this is real and maybe scares her as to when is this going to be settled down and make the breasts the final size? I kinda hear she is scared that they are going to be huge and she really doesn't want the stigma of women with huge breasts.. I've reassured her that when she feels she is where she wants to be, she can come off products and loose a little of the firmness gained and maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch in her over all gains for permanent breast size. If she wants to do maintenance of size n firmness use products and massage in lotions herbs 1 or 2 times a week later on as needed. As for other girls, here have any of you or any you read about does this make sense and Am I on track with her overall take as a small woman gaining breasts as this new mind set? Later On.. What Regina now is going to push the limits of what her body can healthily handle (like her immune can only keep so many cells healthy. Too many and the system can allow reproduction of mutated cells--> cancer.

I think she'll be ok until the 38.5" range. After that..I'd hang up the BE shoes.

Yes, I do understand of over bombarding body etc stressing immune system and mutation of cells not wanted..

It looks like she has had massive gains in last 2 weeks...

I am not concerned with her growth thus far or how big she wants them in the end for that matter.

I think what I referred 2 as concerns in update were her stretching breast tissue due to to fast a breast growth and her acceptance of the reality of the fact that her breasts are way bigger than before starting NBE. Asian's for the most part are very modest people, Wen.. The culture is about the collective and not the individual... In public in the far east large breasted women have to be modest and be Conservative or pay the consequences so to speak. I think Regina is realizing her dream is almost here and it scares her to know when is enough for her breast growth and inching forward for more is a wondering or thinking of not proceeding to bigger cup size etc do to her not being accepted in public with out being labeled etc.. I hope that helped with explaining my question to other girls..

Hello JB,

My wife used aloe vera cream throughout her pregnancies and avoided the stretch marks very well with it.

As far as growing too fast for the immune system to keep up, don't worry about it. I would have to say that everything I have read about cancer over the years has no correlation with anything going on here.

As for your wife's recent success try reading the following thread and see if you think it might apply. If so, a planned breaks in the Winter time might help those concerns.

I sent reply on 19th for this above. It was vitamin world.. She is also adding stuff from green bush to the cream along with epr, Vit E and alovera.... Massage in like plan and finish with Vit E to set it and wrap seran wrap with a work out bra and cook with heat 20 minutes and sleep with it on shower off in morning..
