I've been using the Flat 2 Fab routine (or very close to it):
Red Clover 500mg 3X daily Fenugreek 500mg 3X daily Saw Palmetto 450mg 3X daily Wild Yam 405mg 3x daily ------- One tsp of Flax Seed and a protein shake daily (I'm thin so I really need the extra protein). ------ Two daily lotion/oil massage with: Red Clover extract, Fenugreek extract, Saw Palmetto extract in Aloe Vera gel (a heating pad at night for the last one).
I've been on this routine for a little over 2 months now and I've gained almost 2", I started out at 33" and now at 34" 6/8.

I've got a sneaking suspesion that you've got more luteal swelling going on than you may know. The way to know if you have true growth is when u stop BE, you only lose like 1/3 to 1/2 cup. If you reduce all the way back to your old size- it was all swelling and none of what u used was correct. If you lost most, but not all, one or 2 things were correct, etc. If you try BE again after doing the above 4-5 months, I'd recommend for you wild yam only (2 months at 1500mg and 2.5 months at 2000mg, one dose at nite before bed). A heating pad with massage wouldn't be necessary. Flax is such an overkill for your system. If you modify your BE routine now: do WY + RC (RC at 500mg for 7 months at nite on empty tummy, WY for 3 months at 1500mg, then 4 months at 2000mg at nite on empty stomach). Again, massage wouldn't be a mandatory need (just for relief of breasts when they itch, etc.) Flax wouldn't be needed nor the other things. G'luck! Wen'

I am a big proponent of massaging in herbal extracts. I don't think anyone just starting out can grow well without it. Massage, with a phytoestrogen and a carrier, with heat, is the way to go in order to grow.
You might take a look at Pammy's routine and Madredesiete's routine. The routine you have looks good, as well as some of the things that Wenonae suggested (which are very good), but the main ingredient missing is ramping dosages.
This process is not so exact that you can pick out predetermined dosages, so the best thing to do is to use how how you feel in terms of growing pains to determine what works.

This process is not so exact that you can pick out predetermined dosages, so the best thing to do is to use how how you feel in terms of growing pains to determine what works. So what you're saying is: if 1 week I feel lots of growing pains then the next week I feel less I need to ramp up? (Or something close to that, maybe not a week.)

I'm saying that you need to ramp up until you feel growing pains and then remain at whatever you are doing until you grow.
-or- going by your example, go back to what you were doing when you had growing pains in the previous week.

Ummmmm... But she's not going to feel growing pains all cycle though right? ( I remember this since 4th grade, they'd hurt maybe 1/2 a cycle...for me at least)... so if she got em at this dosage shes fine for this cycle? I thought thats why in the little table one would remain at a steady dosage for a week arnd mid-cycle to evalute feelings. Then the next month, when/if you have less growing pains or nonexistent mid cycle (or a few days after your middle day) ramp up a little?
I'm no expert, I just remember puberty more vividly haha I'll delete this message on request if im wrong or something. I hope it cleared up some of teh confusion though.
Stay healthy, ADry

I think I kind of get what Adryx is saying. I'm currently take about 1,500mg of all of my herbs and I've noticed some days I have lots of pain and others almost none (I haven't really noticed a pattern to this). I don't usually have regular periods so I don't know if that would have any affect.

One thing you could do is to track the days you have pain on a calendar thoughout a few cycles and see if there is any rhyme or reason to it. I think Adryx has a good point, but I think also it is relative to the amount of herbs in the bloodstream. So, one woman could have pains/growing during weeks 2 and 3 while another could have pains/growing way out in the luteal phase in weeks 3 and 4. The difference being amount of herbs in their system, relative to their size, the time in their cycle, natural hormone levels, and who knows what else. That is why I am such a proponent of ramping herbs up until they are working, and then keeping on top of it as needed. That way, it is all relative to current conditions no matter what they are.
So far, no one has taken it to the level of how much per cycle day. Just as a wild guess, I would say that it wouldn't work for any women anyway.

I was wondering if there's anything I could do to speed-up/better my routine? Or does it look ok as is.

I only have a little bit of Red Clover extract left and I'm in the proscess of making a bunch of Fennel & Fenugreek.
I've noticed that the bottom part of my bust seems to be growing. When I did my last measurement (which was about a week ago) I had very little increase on the tape (like 2/8") which I thought was weird because I know they're growing because when I do my massages they fill up more of my hands.

For the past week or so I've been having sharp pains, where as before I just had regular pains. I've uped my massaging to 10-15 minutes twice daily, so I'm guessing that's the cause of the new pain.
