Stopped taking EPO since my pains went away with it, so a few days ago I upped the capsules containing fenugreek, wild yam, and saw palmetto from 3 to 4 3x a day. I had pains again today. I'm definantly fuller than before, still holding at 34" around bust. I'm having weight issues though. I need to lose about 5-10 lbs.

Additional fat gain is usually a fact of life with BE, but you could replace Saw Palmetto with Nettle Root and Pumpkin Seed Oil.

Wahaika, I can understand that. I actually started gaining weight before I started BE because I got a little lazy and haven't really done my Pilate's and walked as much as I used to. I used to do Pilate's and walk 3-4 times a week. Do you think it will hurt BE if I start back up doing Pilate's 3x a week and walking around 2-3x a week? I guess 135 isn't too bad, but I need to firm up some at least. (Sorry, I don't mean to sound like a baby, you just seem so informed on BE and I appreciate it!) It's official though, my husband has noticed the weight gain. He thinks the only reason my boobs have grown is because I've gained weight. Could that be? Wahaika, didn't you say in another thread that to control weight gain is to stop the use of red clover and switch saw palmetto with pumpkin seed oil and stinging nettle root (did I spell that right?)? I guess I could do that, I'd just have to order the Greenbush herbs individually instead of in the Enhancement Blend Kit. SURELLY the pains I've been having are the reason I'm measuring larger than when I started right??? I've been sore the last few days. My sis has been in this week so I've had more caffeine and less sleep than I'm used to, but it doesn't seem to be slowing down my pains any. I also started taking borage oil at night, and gelatin with my herbs. Cut out EPO completely as it slowed down my pains and made me too emotional. Next week I plan on eating better, getting some exercise, cutting down on caffeine, and getting more sleep. HOPEFULLY I can be good and do all these things. It just seems so amazing to me that something as simple as HERBS can help women like me with the issue of small breasts! I know I'm speaking wayyyy early and I haven't really seen much progress yet, but if this all does work out for me- what a blessing! And when you really think about it, yeah doctors are wonderful to have, but it's crazy all the things grown on this earth that can be used for sooo many purposes! Wish me luck! Hugs and kisses and happy growing to everyone!

How strange...I'm craving beer really bad-and I don't normally like beer! Has anyone had this side effect before??

Fight that craving! Beer raises dopamine and dopamine inhibits prolactin.
>>"It's official though, my husband has noticed the weight gain. He thinks the only reason my boobs have grown is because I've gained weight. Could that be?"
Possibly. The only way to know is to take measurements including width measurements.
>>"Wahaika, didn't you say in another thread that to control weight gain is to stop the use of red clover and switch saw palmetto with pumpkin seed oil and stinging nettle root (did I spell that right?)?"
Yep. In my opinion Red Clover should not be used internally by women who weigh more than 110 lbs, depending on height.
>>"SURELLY the pains I've been having are the reason I'm measuring larger than when I started right???"
Very likely, yes. Just keep doing what you are doing. If you want to change out the SP with Nettle and pumpkin seed oil, go ahead. Keep good records and stay on top of how you feel and what it does for you.

Thanks Wahaika. I've started my pilates again (so sore!), eating better, and doing some skin brushing (I learned about it from this board, then learned more online). I can't get Greenbush to reply, but I've asked them if I can send my unopened bottles back and purchase single herbs instead so that I can use nettle and pumpkin see oil instead of saw palmetto. Maybe I'll try to call them. Are "Nettle" and "Stinging Nettle Root" the same thing? I'm still having some pains, but no more visible changes for now. I figure I haven't been on the program long enough really. I don't know if it's from the massages, but they have more of a rounder shape now and are more perky. Personally, I wouldn't mind some sagging if I could make them bigger! I'd like to read some more routines like Wen's and Pammy's because Wen seems to know a lot as well, and I keep reading where Pammy has had really good success with NBE. That's all for now. Gotta take my herbs and get some sleep! ;D

Pretty sure everything has come to a stand still. Not pains, no tingling.... nothing. I upped my capsules to 5 3x daily and added red clover 450mg morning and night a few days ago. But really, I haven't felt much in a while.
Right now: -5 capsules 575 mg of fenugreek, saw palmetto, wild yam 3x daily -red clover 450 mg morning and night -500 mg borage oil morning and night -gaba 750 mg night -massage 1x daily with lotion and 1ml extract of fenugreek, saw palmetto, and wild yam-then apply heat.
I'm thinking I need to massage longer and with 2 mg extract + vitamin e + maybe EPO?
Does anyone have any suggestions??

Drop the Red Clover.
Remove Saw Palmetto from massage.
Add Saw Palmetto to internals.
Are you using the enhancement blend?

Hi Wahaika. I am using the Enhancement Blend kit and Saw Palmetto is in the extract with the Fen and wild yam. So maybe I can go to the heath food store and just purchase fenugreek and wild yam for the massages. Oh, I got in touch with Greenbush and they want me to continue with the Enhancement Blend Kit and start exercising again. I don't know why exactly, but I'll give it a try since I guess I can see how I'm partially at fault for not getting off my hiny and doing something. Then if that doesn't work I'll switch things up. Oh and about dropping the red clover, is it bad for BE? Just wondering. Thanks for the reply and for your help!!!

I forgot to ask Wahaika, do you dowse? I know Wen is really big into dowsing. I guess I thought it was something that is not for religious people, but then I saw Wen say something about prayer, so I'm confused. If you look up dowsing online it almost sounds similar to wigi board stuff.
I'm not downing dowsing AT ALL, I'm just confused on it.

Howdy.
Red Clover is not a good internal for those > 110 lbs.
I would have to say that I'm not confused at all about dowsing. I have had to do significant research on it because of very heated arguments (attacks) in prior times on this board.
Neither I nor my wife dowse on any subject whatsoever. Yes, it works on the same principles as an ouija board. At best it is intert. at worse it is an occult/satanic practice. I find it to be logically incompatible with prayer - depending on who one is praying to, that is.
Just wanted to be clear on that.

Hey Farmer's wife-
Dowsing is not 'occult'. I too did a ton of research into it before delving down the path. As a result, my spirituality is AMAZINGLY deepened as a result of my experiences and I truly have had amazing experiences including seeing angels, walking with Jesus, improved intuition, and many other powerful experiences. Also as a result of dowsing, praying has a whole other stronger meaning. life after Death has a whole other meaning, and so much more. I also learned why dowsing has gotten such a bad rap- it's because it DOES involve using your soul. So if your soul isn't correctly connected to God/Light, then really bad things can happen (like possessions, mis-direction, mis-information, etc.). Thus, not everyone can or should dowse. The latter is so key (who can or should) that I developed a way to figure out who has any business trying it even). Hope this helps clarify some.
BTW, when a ouija board does work- it's because someone(s) is channeling through their soul and if (again) they aren't grounded/Connected to God/Light- you just allow any negative or evil wayward soul to come through you. That's TROUBLE. Scary stuff.

Thanks Wahaika and Wen. I am editing this because I didn't see Wen's post. It seems like the two of you have totally opposite views on the subject. Growing up in church all my life (Pastor's kid) I know soooo many people who have been helped by angels in human form. And in all cases there is no other explanation due to the angel later disappearing or cases where the description of the particular "person" (angel) was never on the payroll and no one had ever heard of or seen them before-except the person they helped. But the question remains.....why rely on a ouiji board or pendlum to hear from God and his angels? Is it just another way of communication for some? Or is it the devil making something bad look good for his evil ways (which he does a lot). It reminds me of a scripture in Acts 16 verses 16-18...."And it came to pass as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination (fortune telling) met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying. The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying These men are servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. Ant this did she many days. But Paul being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour." I guess I'm trying to say is be careful of where you're getting your information. This woman was very useful and helpful to her masters because of the information she held, but it wasn't information from God, so therefore it was evil. In any case, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and beliefs. Prayer seems to be the path for me, even thought I don't do it enough. Just my two cents, or four cents, or ten cents. Maybe a little too much cents for everyone .

....But the question remains.....why rely on a ouiji board or pendlum to hear from God and his angels? Is it just another way of communication for some? Or is it the devil making something bad look good for his evil ways (which he does a lot)..... Actually, I don't use a pendulum and have never touched a ouija board. However, for those who do use a pendulum or some other tool, it's just that- a tool. A screwdriver doesn't have any 'power' on it own it's what you do with it. You can use it to remove screws, or you can use it to stab someone. It's all driven by the person. Dowsing works similarly in that all energy that is channeled is done through the person- not because of the thing (pendulum, board, etc.). Again, I only use my body to literally 'feel' out the information and I always make sure I'm getting information from the Light of God. Anyways, you hit the nail on the head. It's WHERE you are getting your information from that can be "evil" versus just HOW you're doing it. Dowsing is so associated with evil because there were enough people with big enough mouths and influence that said any type of 'direct Communication at the All-Knowing Level' is evil, that this is most of the information disseminated today. It is also because some people who did dowse, didn't know what the he$$ they were doing, and messed it up for those who really should and need to be doing it. So dowsing as a whole was summarily dismissed. Needless to say, I've learned a whole lot otherwise. Wen'

Wen, So you're more into what I would call meditation, right? I know people who meditate that have good connections with God. My family has always had pretty good intuition. My mom has dreams that come true sometimes, and my dad knows when something has hit me deep within and will either call me or tell my mom. I really think that the reason I don't feel "free" or "at peace" is because I let bad spirits harass me. But when I'm doing the things I should be doing (reading bible, going to church, talking to God) I feel a lot better about myself and other people. I definantly agree that you just have to keep your eyes on God when you're looking for answers. Which brings me to another question.....Why would God (through meditation or "dowsing") care and tell us which herbs a person should put in their body to make their boobs bigger?? Doesn't He have MUCH bigger issues to tend to-like people's souls? I'm anxious to hear other's opinions on this. Thanks for putting up with all my questions and comments. Have a great night.
