Measured today. I grew 1/2 inch around bust. My routine is as follows: 3- 575 mg capsules 3x daily containing Fenugreek, Wild Yam, & Saw Palmetto blend from Greenbush Massages 1-2x daily with about 1ml of Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, and Wild Yam blend extract from Greenbush and some lotion, then heat. Follicure' vitamins morining and night Fish oil morning and night Innertalk Breast Enhancement cd once daily I am going to start using coco butter and vitamin E instead of lotion for massages. My husband and I absolutely notice a difference in my breasts! ;D Today they are especially fuller, but it could be due to possible pms. My periods have never really been regular, so who knows exactly when it will show up. I've only been doing this for about a week and a half so far. I don't dowse.

I think you might be experiencing more luteal swelling than usual while on the herbs. I found that this symptom comes back, resembling the end of puberty. This is my case . Hope this helps, (personally i make the most of my luteal swelling so far so look forward to it, it will make the actual growing time pass faster ) Happy growing, Adry

Thanks Adryx for replying. I know I've been more bloated than usual since on these herbs. BLUHHH...uncomfortable!
Luteal swelling makes sense. I'm feeling wiped out, and I have a good idea when I started ovulating this month. In any case, I'm likin' the swellin'!!!! Makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere!

Hello farmer's wife
The best day to measure is on mid cycle day. The best measurements to use are either a width measurement or just see what fits.
On your Greenbush internal herbs. Are you describing the Enhancement Blend or are you using individual herbs?
If you decide to change to cocoa butter and Vitamin E, be sure to use a good one, like pure cocoa butter that you have to heat up, or use Palmer's Bust Firming cream. A very effective addition to that is 1ml of Fenugreek extract from Greenbush each time.
Also, if some stats were available, then it would be easier to judge whether you are getting too much or too little.
Good Luck!
Wahaika

Started my period today and I'm back down to a 33.5 around the bust. Have had some tingling here and there, but mostly sharp pains deep down, especially on my right side. These are good pains I hope!! I've Stopped wearing a bra unless I have to, to help with the growing, and because they're uncomfortable. I started eating a protein bar after I do Pilates (3 times a week), and stopped eating out so much. I don't know if it's the Gaba or what, but I've been having the strangest dreams starting the first night I took it! Man I've been feeling sooo CRABBY!!! I'm under a lot of stress too with a recent death in my husband's family, and moving/possibly building a home. Hopefully I'll feel better after I get over my period. That's all for now!

Try 1000mg of borage oil every night, the high GLA content will help the process and it might help with the PMS symptoms. You could also add unflavored gelatin. 3 tsp three times per day. Work up to it. Unflavored gelatin is fine. So also are these: www.knox.com/nutrajoint.aspwww.knox.com/knoxnails.aspThe effects you are feeling, including the sounds just about right - all on track. Some of the jokes about women high on fenugreek are hilarious. Hang in there! Wahaika

Thanks, I might have to try some of that borage oil and gelatin. So how long is the crabbiness suppose to last? Does it go away once a person gets used to the fenugreek?

I don't think it goes away until you are finished with BE or taking a break. It's just the price to pay for a successful program. The most you can do is to learn how to adapt and deal with it by finding the root cause and dealing with it.
Fenugreek lowers blood sugar so the best thing to do with it is to eat some candy when a fenugreek headache is coming on, for example.
Natural hormone levels are probably at a point where you feel better in about days 7 through 23.
As far as "balance" I do not believe that a successful BE program is compatable with balance. Hormones are in flux during puberty and during pregnancies. The last thing you feel is balance.

Okay, got another one for ya.....now I'm detecting a little milkage. I wasnt' sure if my milk would try to come back, so when I did the little pinch test I got a little sumthin' sumthin' coming out of my girls. Guess maybe I should lower my dosages? Or should I stop massaging? I'm so hungry lately I could eat the back end off a running buffalo!

Gosh I must have been pretty slap happy when I wrote that last post! Starting to sound like these ole cowboys around here with the buffalo joke! So I've increased 1/2 inch around again. I've started taking gelatin with my herbs, but as for the borage oil, I'm not sure if I'm suppose to take it while taking epo, or switch from epo to borage oil. I can't tell if my breasts ache like before because my ulcer has flared back up and it it's pretty painful. I went back on Prevacid but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I'm so tired that exercising is the last thing I want to do and sugar is all I want, but I'm gaining weight and need to get it off. I'm going to have to get some hard candy or something. Gotta go take a nap now, I'm sleepy!

On leakage,
Keep doing what you are doing. If it gets out of hand you will have to completely stop, dry out and start again.
How long since you weaned your child?

Thanks for responding Wahaika. I was done nursing about 6 months ago. I'm not really leaking, but if I just pinch the tip I can get some milk. I only did that out of curiosity to see if I had any milk again. I never leaked while I was nursing and I nursed for 20 months. I'm hoping it's nothing to worry about. I did a search on this site for "milk" and saw this thread: beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1433&page=1Ahhh, wouldn't it be nice to not have to try on a hundred different things before something looks right on me!!
