Hey everyone, I'm not a newbie, but I am starting BE again after a loooooong break! I need some help...since I last tried BE there's been soo much development with precursers, and timing of routines, etc etc, I'm finding it hard to gather all this information and process what it means for me!
Basically, I'm around a 10A, I'm very thin (110lb/50kg) for my height, and I find it very difficult to gain weight, meaning I must have a fast metabolism.
According to all the posts I've been reading, this means that successful BE is going to be very difficult for me to acheive? I need some help in understanding what exactly I should be doing/taking to make this easier...!
I'm just feeling really confused right now! Any help or clarifications would be much appreciated right now!
Thanks everyone,
Alrani

Hello alrani,
do you have a stats page or a routine page already started?

Help can be provided and BE can be done with your stats. Post where you want to start with your BE, and I'll chime in.

I have a couple of questions.
What kind of exercise do you get?
How often do you get meat and eggs?

I have a question: a lot of people say that if you're thin NBE may not work or work very well but if you're thin and you take in a lot of protein would that counteract being thin (or atleast help)?

Being thin makes it harder, but protein powder does not help. Some women take it with BO and it may help with that, but not with herbs.
What helps the most is if one has breastfed. The next most helpful thing is to have some breast fat to work with. Being thin does not necessarily make it impossible. It just changes the method a little.

Wen: I plan on starting now, I've bought SP and Fenugreek, I just don't know if I need anything else...? Wahaika: I walk a lot, mostly throughout the day running around at Uni, I occasionally go on walks and jogs around my neighbourhood but now that it's getting cold I haven't been doing that as much (I live in Australia, it's turning into winter here). I eat quite a lot of fish and I'll have red meat maybe 4-5 times a week, I don't eat eggs though, I really don't like them! Hope that helps
