stats: Sex: female Age: 22 Height: 174 cm Weight: 48 kg Current Size 32AA-32A Body type: thin, extremely high metabolism I'm thinking of starting on NBE and am intending to use the following herbs - Fenugreek Saw Palmetto Wild Yam EPO Will be using the ramp up method stated in Madredesiete's Routine (http://beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=3029) & also massaging once every 2 days with fenugreek + EPO. I also have the habit of consuming 500mg Vit C everyday & also consume a protein bar (14g protein) once everyday in addition to my usual diet. Any opinions on whether it's advisable to follow this routine & use the herbs above? Should I be using other herbs instead? Thanks in advance!

See also Lucille's routine. She was about your size, and her routine may be something to consider See also hippychick (spelling?) routine for how she grew using externals only.
You will need to be very careful with your dosages. The ramp up in madredesiete's routine is too fast and the levels are too high for you. You will need to go 500mg at a time, per month.
On externals, once every two days is not enough. You need more like twice per day - and with Greenbush fenugreek extract and aloe vera gel or DMSO. See the booby batter thread at the top of the routines section. If you use fenugreek and olive oil, make sure to steep it and also add borage oil to it, and make sure to steep it. Vitamin E might also be a good idea, you'll have to experiment with that. But once per two days externally will not work for someone your size - more external is better.
