okay. so i quit the quick bust and i'm starting fresh. did a liver cleanse with the epsom salt and lemon for five days. did some research and here is the routine i came up with. i'm currently on day 4. started 2nd day of AF. Day 2-4 1FG and 1 multivitamin w/ amino acids 5 1FG, 1SP and 1 multivitamin w/ amino acids 6 1FG, 1SP, 1EPO and 1 mv 7 1FG, 1SP, 1EPO, 1RC, and 1 mv 8 same, add gelatin at least 3 tsp/day 15 no herbs just multivitamin 16 ++ depending on growth signs, continue or ramp up (i'm just not sure what to yet). also add GABA FG 520mg SP 520mg RC 475mg EPO 500mg Boobie batter: olive oil with FG at least once/day i've also started drinking protein shakes with whole milk and eating more eggs. i'm usually a huge meat eater but i had to have my braces re-attached (arg!) for some annoying reason so i've been limited to soft food lately. as for the smoking, i've been using these plastic filters to help with the nicotine/stimulant a bit. ;D i plan to continue on these low doses for 1 month and then see what happens. if someone can check my routine please please do and let me know how i could make it better. Looks good!
Add Vitamin E and (EPO or borage oil) to booby batter if you can. Be sure to use heat from a heated pad for about 5 minutes before massage and 20 minutes after. Leave on all night if possible. Do twice per day if possible.
Make sure multi has a B complex, about 15 to 35 mg of zinc, and vitamin E.
I'm not a RC fan, but with petite women I think it can be OK. If you ever get to 1800mg of FG + RC and feel no pains, dump the RC.

Yikes- just reading your routine, I was "worried". I get you're not great candidate for BE (re: herbs). You simply need to add some pertinent nutrients in your life that smoking is inhibiting. BE is as much about health as much as it is about doing right herbs. Just doing daily amounts of Minerals: Calcium (http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.asp?xs=93835BD5DD234C868600918A08516813&PID=750&CID=&CPID=1448 , 1 cap in morning after a small bite to eat like crackers mentioned next) and sodium (300mcg (1/8 teasppon) gotten from crackers, or use sea salt in a dish) will get you 1.8 cups of growth over 4 months. Doing BE right now, you can grow a gargantuen amount of fat cells that'll stay in your breasts- but the concern is whether your body will be able to keep healthy multiplication and disposal going. GABA will only SPEED this worry into fruition. Give the minerals a go. The other above- will not do your body good. If you want more breast goodies, do some BE for 2 months after you get your body more healthy. Wen'

hi wen! thanks for the concern. i can see how my stats may look really unhealthy compared to the other girls. and i know that smoking IS a disgusting habit. but would smoking alone make that big a difference? my mom was the same size when she was my age (she's chinese) but all of my cousins from my dad's family (he's french) are pretty big (if you know what i mean). i've been pretty much Ok'd by my doctor in the health department (no hyperthyroidism or other abnormal medical conditions). i was just wondering, can't i do both (getting my body healthier/doing BE) at the same time?

So i went with it anyway, and I'm currently waiting for AF so I can ramp up. So far...
I've stuck to my planned routine. The gelatin now is about 3 tbsp/day, and the GABA's 500 mg, before i go to bed.
I've also added Vitamin E 1000iu, Calcium 600mg and Vitamin C 500-1000mg/day to my vitamins, and I added Vitamin E and EPO to my boobie batter.
I just may be hallucinating but i think they got bigger somehow. Like, I now see a shadow under what used to look like AAAAAAAAs, and they look and feel so full (they actually jiggle now!). I promised I wouldn't measure until after my 2nd cycle so I won't obsess much about it, so I'm really not sure. The "pains" (more of weird numbness and annoying, occasional itches like insect bites from the inside) that I've had since my first week are still there, but not as much anymore, starting today actually. Once I get AF, will continue to ramp up herbs (one of each except vitamins, RC and GABA) and hope for the best!
