How do we get the updated ebook? it says that it has expired or something when I tried to download it, but it took one of my down loads away, so now I only have 9 left... Also, I feel so silly! There's a forum specifically for EE? How do we get there? The updated eBook link was provided in the email used to order the product. Yes, there is a general support forum for GHP customers that has EE threads- www.rhmethod.proboards19.comWen'

Ok i'll be figuring out when I start this rather soon later tonight, I just had some questions. I had frozen the EE since on the expiration date of just refridgerating it, it would have expired in 12/06, meaning that i'd be taking expired product after my 2nd month of using it, but the frozen expiration date was 4/07. I guess what i'm asking is what would be the best method to defrost it for use? My best guess is just to cut out one packet for use and leave it in the fridge til its thawed enough to put in water(i'm planning on putting it in orange juice)but I want to make sure that there isn't some exact way the company wants you to defrost it.

I was just curious if anyone who is hypoglycemic or diabetic had tried EE and what thier reaction was. Since I am hypoglycemic I have so far avoided fenugreek, but I am quite curious about this product so I thought I would ask.

It takes only 5-10 minutes to defrost by just leaving it out in room conditions. Leave the rest frozen until you are ready to use.

So far, her 'only' side effect have been minor headaches which can be easily remedied by eating a snack about 30minutes after the EE dose. Remember, there only only homeopathic amounts of fenugreek used- just traces of it. But for those sugar-sensative, there are simple ways around the 'fenu' headache including a mild pain killer if you did not eati a carbohydrate snack after the dose. Wen'

Mileah, I am not diabetic but do have hypoglycemic symptoms and will be taking my first EE dose in about a week. I'll post about how I feel afterwards, if you'd like. I don't expect it to be a problem since the amount is small. I've tried Greenbush capsules with fenugreek and do get a terrible headache if I don't eat soon enough afterwards, but eating something helps out a lot. The biggest problem is that the other herbs really mess with my emotions -- I'm excited to try something that sounds gentler on the system! Kate

Ahh, okay, thanks! I don't consume any caffeine and wanted to make sure that the lack of it wouldn't mess with my progress. As for dowsing, is it possible for a person to dowse for someone else? I have been trying to do it myself without any success. I tried asking if I would be able to regain my former fullness on top and get rid of the skin problem I'm having -- used to be very tight and has now become somewhat wrinkley without said firmness. I'm only 24 and haven't lost the weight I need to yet, so I'm not sure why my breasts and skin are changing so much, so quickly. I also tried asking how long this process would take and if I needed to add anything else but cannot seem to get a good read at all. I'm using a necklace that means a lot to me and it doesn't move. Hiya Kate- For dowsing help, post in Alt Methods or the GHP forum at www.rhmethod.proboards19.com. Yes, it's possible for someone to help and dowse on your behalf. If your p doesn't move at all, it means your chi/energy is blocked. Usually it's remedied by a simple exercise. Once you can dowse, questions such as why your skin is losing so much elasticity, etc. can be examined. Skin health is closely related to the thyroid. If you are hypoglycemic, things to look into for improving the health of the thyroid gland are glandular products like thyroid or Armour (needs Rx I think) glandular and other supplements. To be delved into later.... Wen'

Wen, Do you have to dowse to be able to use this product? Dowsing didn't work for me before, I'm really anxious to be able to start with this but dont' want to waste my time if it is really just dowsing.
Also, I am on day 3 of my cycle so should I stop all herbs and start this this month? I'm having pains under my arms like I haven't had in a long time so I dont' know if the herbs this time were starting to work but honestly all of this pill popping and worrying over doses is starting to get tiring. I have used homeopathic medicine on my family for years and have even tried to get some through the health food store but to no avail. My thinking is it would work better thatn herbs because it always has in the past with me. I's so glad you brought this here for us to try out.
How has your progress been? How long have you been on it? Have you had any side affects? Sorry if you have answered this already.
