Hi, wen: You said that can use EE with other supplements, I'm 39 and taking 1 multi-vitamin, 3000 mg of Flax Oil, 1000 mg of Borage oil daily: can I still take them? I've read the ebook and am planning to do skin brush but still need verification: can I do massage as well? or no massage at all? Are there more helpful food tips? Please advise!!! Thanks a million. connie In general- If you're supplements for BE- stop, there's enough nutrients for the regular individual. If it's for health that's been improved before BE- then continue. Massage is not needed (will add this to eBook, thanks!). In general, do not skin brush for this effort UNLESS you see you're storing fats elsewhere. THEN, only after they've been there a MONTH will you brush. More food tips (thanks!, will put more of it in there if people wanna know )In the meanwhile, there's lists in the 2nd to last page of the eBook already - Protein: 25-30g daily of chicken or fish, MIN 4x's a week
- Starches: just don't eat 2 hrs before bed.
- Vegetables: 1 serving 3x's a day, MIN 4x's a week. Best types: those rich in vitamin B and nutrients (green leafy stuff like spinach, brocolli, carrots, zucchini, etc. Vegetable juice from V8 ok to substitute)
- Fruits: Avoid in the evening or later. Eat as much as you want.
Anything else...lemme know. Wen'

Wen, is it a bad idea to dry brush the breasts while using herbs? Will it inhibit growth? I am doing T-Tapp and have started brushing because I'm looking for some lift and fullness, same reason for trying the elixir. I have a bit of loose skin on the tops of my breasts and was hoping the combo would fill it out. Thanks ff- In general, IF you're brushing for this EE effort, you want to brush TOWARDS the breasts, not the breasts themeselves. So like Fawn says, the only area to be brushed by the breasts is above or below them. And really, you don't even have to do that unless you see a change there (more fats) and/or you're 40+. Wen'

Thanks, Fawn! I will stick to the skin at the top and avoid the actual breasts. I am using Teresa's pattern but there's another brushing method for breasts that's been discussed on the TT forum and I was thinking of giving it a try. Will stick with top & bottom only, though. Wen, thanks for the info. I was planning on brushing my body anyway in an effort to tighten up some skin a bit and will do it towards the chest but won't worry about it too much right now. Oh, and I'm 24, so not sure how that will affect results. One last question -- is it okay to do massage if one breast is smaller or will Elegance help this at all? My breasts were exactly the same size until about a year ago, now in the last six months one of them is very noticeably larger and lower. I've had a lot of strange changes in my body/breasts and this is one that really bugs me. Thanks! Kate Kate- I had that happen to me on my first successful BE effort- one grew, the other didn't. Well, as it wound up, I lost it in the larger one, then the next time they grew evenly. In general, one will always grow faster than the other, so I really think the body will work to get them even. Don't massage for the first cycle you take EE. Report what happens- my hunch is that you'll even out. Wen'

ZZ There are six sealed packets. Each has a dose which will fill 1/4 teaspoon. If you're following the general instrucitons, you take your dose either during follicular, ovulation, or luteal as specified in the table. It will be spread out over 3 months. Cycle 1- you take ___ , Cycle 2 you take ___, etc. Wen'

You're talking about a different kind of brush than the one recommended by T-tapp.
Wen is talking about the rubber knobbed massager type brush - not the dry bristle brush.
I just threw my old one out, too.
(It was ICKY)

Hey Wen,
I've been gone a bit but just stopped back to the board as I am game to start trying NBE again. I take birth control pills but don't need to for birth control--just to regulate my cycle. Can I be part of the trial using the pill or would I need to stop?
Thanks,
Jennifer

I'm still on Yasmin. Join in. Wen'

Hey Wen,
Do you still have a spot available for testing? I am really interested as I have a smaller breast, and no filling on top. Plus I would give three months a try for not popping pills ~ let me know as my money is tight right now, but I could spare the trial cost.
Thanks MR
