Hi...I am new to dowsing. I have been trying it and having some problems. I get correct answers to things that I know to be true, like my name and personal info. But when I try the paper test, I keep getting the wrong answers. I dowsed for whether I am using a good p and chain and got yes for both. I also dowsed for body position and got the response that it was ok too. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi Missy- You checked 2/3 basics . You need a good tool, good body position, and good location. It seems your location isn't too hot. Your current spot is 3/10. Got anywhere else you can try? The living room seems like a good one, even though it may not be as private. Wen'

Wow, I didn't even think of that. Thanks! This makes a lot of sense, because when I was asking "is there something wrong with the way I am dowsing?", I was getting a 'yes, but.' And I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I tried dowsing for doing it in the living room and got 9.8/10 positive for this. So the living room is probably the best place in the house for me to dowse.
I'll try it when I get a chance. Thank you so much for your help!

Well, I moved to the living room and had better results with the paper game. Thanks for the tip! But this morning when I tried again, I got a weird feeling in my head...kind of like strange shooting tingles going through me, and down through my legs too, like weird nerves were firing. The P and chain were both jumping around in an unsettled kind of way...My body and dowsing were both reacting almost like you'd expect if I'd been guzzling coffee, but I hadn't been. I figured that I couldn't rely on any results I got under these conditions and gave up. Does this mean I have some blocks, or do I just have a jumpy nervous system? Any thoughts? Thanks!

You just had the experience of having your attention 'grabbed' spiritually. Literally, someone is trying to get your attention. So, to stop the 'sensations' you simply acknowledge that a message is being relayed (literally say "I acknowledge I have a message. I will receive it after I finish these indications" and get the rest of the Guidance for your regimen). Now, to get the message itself, is wowsas for a newbie. But what you do is ask, who the message is to, what is the subj, then ask about whatever thought that pops in your mind at that time (like if you start thinking about your car's engine, ask do I need to check something about my engine). If the message thing is too much, then say "I do not have the ability to receive the message being sent at this time. When I am more capable, I will receive them. Thank you."
G' luck. Woow...cool you're a pretty open soul. Eerrrm, you wouldn't happen to be in NYC?

Wow, thank you so much, Wenonae. That explains a lot. I had a feeling something funky was going on, and yes, I am usually very aware of that kind of thing. I'll try to receive the message if it happens again, but I think I also need to go back and re-read the threads on dowsing basics. I think a better understanding of dowsing will be a big help me in a lot of ways. Thanks again!

Ok, so this is really weird.
I decided to give dowsing a try again last night. As I reached for my P and chain, it got slightly tangled in another chain that was hanging in the same spot. So, I took both chains with me into the living room. It should have been a simple matter to separate the two chains, since the one was really only slightly attached to the other. But the more I tried to pull them apart, the more tangled they became until they were hopelessly tangled. (This is bizarre, I mean, I should be able to easily untangle a couple of chains, right?) Finally, I decided that maybe someone did not want me dowsing at that time. I took the tangled mess of both chains, swung them a little, and asked, "is this a bad time for me to dowse?" A clear yes. "Should I just stop now?" Yes. Ok, fine. I stopped and did something else. This morning, it took me about 20 seconds to untangle the chains.
I'm also still having weird tingles in the back of my head from time to time, but I think this may be partially due to sympathy pains for a close girlfriend who is experiencing a strange neurological problem right now.
I am wondering what my blocks are for dowsing, or if maybe I was just not supposed to dowse last night. We were having some serious weather here, and the energy was pretty intense. Any thoughts would be really appreciated!

Ok, I just dowsed again. Trying the paper game (guessing what color is written on the backside of a piece of paper), I get fairly poor results, like 25% accuracy. I asked if I have blocks, and the P said yes. I am not sure what these are or how to get rid of them. Any help or advice would be great. Thanks!

Wowsas, Missy. Well, tingles are from someone trying to contact you. Blocks- you have 5 physical ones. Physical ones are easier to get rid of..you just need to do stretching or something like change your position, or a thing's position. -You need to arch your back and hold for 30s, 5x's for one day -You need to do a bit of feng shui (rearrange some things in your house...it generates bad energy). Move 4 items and you're done. (A particular cup in cupboard, to your bedroom, a particular piece of silver to the refrigerator, a certain towel to the bathroom, and a certain pair of shoes to under your bed). This reaarrangement will help with the energy flow. All things can go back after 5 days. You'll have accuracy in knowing if you picked the rite item. G' luck. Wen'

BTW, 24hrs after you move the items, you be able to accurately dowse by the window. Just leave the items in those places for 5 days total to switch the energy. You can then put them back to where they were.

Hi Wenonae and everyone -- I did the steps to clear the blocks and I think I got em all! My dowsing was a lot easier and clearer tonight. Sooo...I attempted to dowse my new program, which I will be starting on day 1 of my cycle, expected to be any day now. Right now I am taking a pretty low dose of saw palmetto, wild yam, damiana and vitex. I stopped the stronger phytoestrogens a while back, because I felt like I was overloading my system. From dowsing tonight, I got that I should continue with these herbs. Actually, I got that Saw Palmetto and Wild Yam are both 10/10 for my NBE program, and that the other two are not even necessary, but mildly helpful, and won't hurt. (I am actually taking the other two for their other benefits, not primarily for NBE). Cocoa butter and vitamin e massages also ranked 10/10. So, according to what I got tonight, my program should mainly be: Saw Palmetto Wild Yam Cocoa butter + vitamin e massages The P indicated that there was something else helpful that I could add, but I couldn't figure out what it was. Perhaps Marshmallow, that herb got a yes for NBE. Other herbs that got a weak yes from the P were licorice and fenugreek. (I was getting the feeling that the P was telling me that marshmallow, licorice, fenugreek, damiana, and vitex were all acceptable and somewhat helpful, but not really necessary. The herbs that got the big yes response were SP and WY.) At one point I got the response that there were only 2 items necessary for growth, but later the response was 3. So either there is an herb missing, or the third thing is something else, like massage. I also dowsed for how many cups and how long, and I got 2 cups total (I've already gained almost 1 whole cup, if I don't shrink after my period). It should take about 2 more months from now to finish growing 2 cups total. If anyone could check this, it would be great. Here's the summary: Saw Palmetto 10/10 Wild Yam 10/10 Cocoa butter + vitamin e 10/10 Marshmallow, licorice or fenugreek? 2 cups total 2 more months By the way, has anyone ever grown from SP and WY alone? This seems like a pretty simple program. BUT, I feel like I had a lot of growth this month, so maybe it can work! Thanks a million, and thanks again for helping me clear the blocks!

Oops!
That was 2 cups total to be finished 3 months from now.

;d good work here. What you'll have is a 'check list'. It may be that some items you'll only need a couple of days, in which case, it will not be 'necessary' to buy. Also, be sure to differentiate between items and actions. If you're missing an ITEM, massage shouldn't be it. Rate your accuracy and make sure your dowsing basics are cool. It really is possible to have a short list of mandatory items. It could be that too much of the other was impeding progress. Wen'
