i have been cured by now, oh

well, i have been on my full program for half a month now. i dowsed that i should feel pains but i haven't still yet. so i'm confused. had very light tingling-like smth but that should not count.

i also dowsed i should inrcease the nettle to 2 per day and fennel to 4 per day and i did. and i also dowsed no blocks

i know it might be my impatience it's just i wish i knew things are going well.

Ask if you had pains during the night .
Also rate what kind of pain- where 1 is hardly, 10 is unbearable...how are yours supposed to feel.

Finally, if you have no blocks, ask when you will completely fill 0.5cups increase as your new MIN size.
