I've done the hypnosis a few times, but I think I may have a problem...It puts me to sleep, either I'm sleeping or I'm in some kind of a deep relaxation state...I know at the beginning the guy says that it's not really that important that you pay close attention...so I don't know if I need to start sitting straight up when I'm doing this, or just continue how I am and falling asleep(or whatever it is)....ugh...
