Thanks Wen! I see... so instead of making your own pills or extract as the ebook outlines, you take a pill for each item your "p" tells you to take?

Since I'm not a machine, the amounts I packed inside can vary a little bit. I ask how many pills of that herb for my morning, afternoon, and evening dose. Pull each dose out and palm them. Ask if I have enough..sometimes if too little inside, you need to add another pill to that dose. Wen'

ok, I see. It's very reassuring to hear that you make your own pills and it's safe. This will definitely save some $$! Do you mix different herbs to form one pill or do you make one pill with each herb? Have you found that it's saved you money? I've ordered a bunch of stuff from mountain rose including some tools. I dowsed that I needed bovine ovary so I got some off Fawn's site. I've also bought a scale. Looks like I'm commited. Thanks Wen! P.S. - you're right. I looked up what all my ingredients do and half of them aren't even for breast enlargement. Some are for thyroid, some to clear urinary passages, some for indigestion, some for energy boost. It's very interesting to find out what my body needs. Rockkgirl

Also, I just make one herb in each pill. Since I dowse I will always need a MIN of what's in one pill, I don't bother mixing it. Also allows me to adjust on the fly what I need for the day. Wow..a scale, eh? Cool . It'll be interesting to see how much the pills weigh after u stuff them..see how much they vary. o! I did do a 'mix' one time of echinacea and golden seal root. I got indications for how much volume to use of each in terms of teaspoons (20 teaspons echinacea, 5 goldenseal). I put in a baggie and mixed it until I got the indication it was mixed enough...made all my pills. By the time I ran out, my ratios had changed, so I got new indications and did it again. Appeared to have worked. I've used it all and indicate I don't need to anymore and am on to other things to improve my health . I had to do a 'mix' since I could not take a full pill of Goldenseal Root. Interesting what your body needs, huh? You'd prolly never guess most of it. And you feel so much better when you do this regimen this way, its a 'wow' within itself. Wen'

yeah, putting one herb into one pill makes a lot of sense in case on a particular day you need to take more. Thanks! You've been so helpful! I've gotten more confident in doing this now. Once I learned what some of the herbs do, they make a LOT of sense! I have a minor case of acid reflux disease so some of these herbs assist in digestion. I've been working out and the herbs that give you energy boost and facilitates circulation and muscle repair helps. I even have exercise induced asthma and the devil's club is a respiratory stimulant. Amazing! Rockkgirl

Hi Rockgirl, It took a while for me to realize that some of the herbs and supplements I was taking were more of a preparation for the "main event". The system has to be ready to grow and occasionally requires remediation which can take time for everything to be in place. What is exercise induced asthma-never heard of that.

What is exercise induced asthma-never heard of that. Pretty much only when you work out hard and push the body to intake more oxygen do you get an asthma attack. Vs. 'regular' asthma where you can get it due to allergies, and may other triggers.

great, thanks for your input Gigi. I dowsed that it will take me 5 months to get to a C. That's really even more than I had hoped. I would be happy with just a B or even a fuller A! So we'll see. I give some of you girls major props for going on a year or 3 years! Right now it seems tedious to dowse everyday and make your own pills. How do you make it so it's become so routine? Rockkgirl

Rockkgirl Just like showering, something you gotta do. Just becomes part of the madness of everyday life. Also, as you practice dowsing, you get faster and faster...so eventually becomes less of a big deal. Wen'
