Hi all,
Hey this is a silly of me to ask but I feel that everytime I listen to the innertalk cd for BE, I feel sleepy. Does anyone else feel the same way as I do?? I want to also make sure that the BE CD is 49:11 minutes long. Just making sure that I indeed got the correct CD.
another question I have is, does aerobics exercise make your lose the fat in your breasts or does it make it droop? Pls let me knw. thanks for all ure help.

I think you may lose fat in your breasts if you do any type of cardio exercises. Can't answer about the hypnosis, I am not using that method yet.

Hi Simran, I have the Innertalk BE CD with music. Although it is very calming it hasn't ever made me sleepy. What has actually PUT me to sleep was the hypnosis tape . Regarding the aerobics, moderate exercise shouldn't have a dramatic impact upon BE. If you're doing a rigorous high impact program everyday for an hour and a half you might have a problem. Perhaps a less intense method would be better but cutting out exercise entirely isn't. My outlook on BE is that it shouldn't take over your life-just augment it. Much good fortune to you in this endeavor.

THANK YOU all for answering my questions. I'm using the music CD from innertalk. I dont if it's just a coincidence or it's the cd that makes me sleepy. I'm going watch carefully to decide for sure how and when it makes me sleepy.
How are you guys doing with the CD? I've been listening to it for about 2 months or so. No major changes yet, but i'm being optimisitic. Do you guys see any changes?
About exercising, I do about 35 mins of step aerobics 3x a week and then i try to go for pilates once or twice a week. I also try and do some weights. I know I lost like a cup when I lost weight. Then I did a lot of rigorous exercises. That's probably why.

Simram, The Innertalk CD was the key for me. Both breasts have evened out and the tops have filled in. All told I believe that I've gained approximately .5 in the smaller one. My progress is slower than most due to a variety of things but I'm getting there. Regarding the exercise, perhaps you should dowse about the type, duration and amount that you do. Sometimes it's a minor tweak that takes you over the top.

I was listening to a hypnosis cd a while back and i fell asleep everytime i used it to begin with. I emailed the company about this and they said as long as you wake up at the end of the cd when you are being counted back out then that is a really good sign and this was the ideal situation as you were in a very deep trance and not sleep. I did wake up everytime whilst being counted back out, but after using it twice a day for 3weeks and listening to the same ole thing all the time i just got bored and in the end my mind was thinking about loads of other stuff instead of the cd. i haven't bothered with them since. They weren't the IT cd's btw. Good Luck to you anyway
