I have a sort of unique problem, and I wanted to know if anyone else has this as well...
For some reason, my body stores fat in the area under the shoulder bones on the sides of my chest near the armpit region. I've had this problem for a while now, and I have no idea how to work out this area to get rid of it!

Try skin brushing. Google it or this site.

I have this problem as well. Did you try the skin brushing? If so did it help?

I haven't tried it because I couldn't really find any instructions which were helpful. I'm tying some exercises to minimize this effect; I'll keep everyone posted if I find a method which works!

I've heard some kind of depressing news about this subject- the fat around the armpits may actually be lateral breast tissue. Basically what this means is that it is very hard to get rid of unless you are doing work outs to reduce overall body fat- which is the opposite of the goal of BE! I'm not so sure this is true, however, it may just be something to live with if you want bigger breasts.

If it is breast tissue, I wonder if there is a way to encourage the fat to move down to the breasts? I think I'm going to try skin brushing and see if I can at least smooth it out. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will move down to the boobs ;D. I'll let you know how it works out!

Brush, then put on a snug bra (snug under arms and around chest, loose in boobies area) to encourage fats to stay in breasts. There was a discussion on here about the Susan bra...Fawn posted on it.

thanks for the advice, I think I will look into this Susan bra because it is very hard for me to find a bra which is tight around the chest but loose in the cups because for me that would be a 32 c which is very hard to find... I am going to try the skin brushing, I found a pretty nice brush on the iHerb site where I get my other BE stuff!

et, If you do a search on this site for 'Susan Bra' and expand the search to 1000 days past, there will be a couple of posts with links to find these bras online.
hope that helps!

So I've been skin brushing now for a week... it seems to me that some of the fat has moved, sort of more towards the center of my chest, which is good, but there is still kind of a gap between that fat and my boobs. Is there any way I can minimize this effect?

Have you found the Susan Bra or anything like it? Continue the skin brushing and wear a snug bra when you can. I couldn't find the bra Wen' spoke of, but I've been using one with a tight band and a roomy cup. I really see a difference ;D.

I looked up the susan bra, but it's waaay outta my budget! I have a bra with thick straps that covers the armpit area but it's kinda small around the chest and big in the band, so I dunno if it's doing the trick! I really need a 32 C bra but they're so hard to find!

I don't think the skin brushing is having any effect whatsoever... my armpit fat situation must be very bad. I think i'm gonna try excercising again, to at least tighten up the flab... i hope this doesn't have a bad effect on BE!
