Yes. It's possible to tweak a regimen and build it to your needs, takes a serious time commitment- don't know any posting trial and error folks who've had success with it quite yet- however, Mirifem cream seems more prone to helping those who just want to try something. Some who I know in specific doing it in shorter order while it still takes commitment just maybe not as much time (Jewelz- menopause at 28, Dollie- hysterectomy) do an alternative method for their health and to grow breasts called dowsing. Dowsing is covered pretty well in the Alternative Methods folder. Wen'

Yep the Mirifem cream would be a good start - or any external. It would be inexpensive and should not stall you. Be sure to use some low heat for 15 minutes or so.
In gettting further help, a stats page and a routines page is always a good idea. It gives everyone a good idea of what you are working with, and how to help.
HRT is probably going to throw a monkey wrench into whatever internals you may decide to do. You could include whatever you are taking on your stats or routines page.
And, if your OB/GYN has a suggestion, it would be good to listen to that advice. An OB/GYN would have knowledge that is lacking on this board (and vice versa in some areas) at this point in time.
Good luck,
Wahaika

My mom had a hysterectomy a little over 20 years ago. She is 57 now and is taking the Mirifem that fawn sells. She had been on it for just starting 3 months and she is nw starting to see some changes. Her bras that she usually puts inserts in has fewer wrinkles in them. From her experience it seems to take awhile longer for anything to happen. she soes the massage with the mirifem cream and heat morning and night and takes 4 pills a day for 15 days out of the month. I will tell you though that for the first 2-3 days you will fell like you have morning sickness. If you take 1 morning the first day then 1 morning and night the 2nd day then 4 the next day it should help with the sick feeling. I tried it for four days but I must have too much hormones in me because the morning sickness was too much. She is so happy that this is working for her, she thought because of her age all was lost in that department. she looks no kidding about early to mid forties (I have never met anyone who takes better care of their skin than her) and she hates having to wear "old lady bathing suits" because she has to put her "boobs" in them. So anyway try the Mirifem, I think you will be very pleased.

What does your OB/GYN think about using the transdermal estradiol directly on the breasts ?

the estradiol is a patch that is only changed once per week. the enclosed directions state to apply btween the navel and waist only. i use premarin vaginaly and apply to my breast area every other day.

Even menopausal women should take precaution with adding internal estrogenic sources- especially if you're on Rx estrogen. I would PM Dollie or Gigi- someone who has used Mirifem + Rx estrogens.
Good luck.

Blue angel, Personally I would not mix BE herbs with premarin and the estrogen patch. Especially if you have only been on them for one month.
I was on premarin for 3 months (internally) I quit taking the pills. Doctor put me on bio-estrogen gel which I use 2x a day but not on my breast.
using PM maybe too much estrogen for you. You may need minerals and vitamins to increase your breasts.
I dowse, so I know what I need to take and stay away from. With being on the estrogen gel, PM is a no no for me. So is the mirifem cream. My routine is completely different and changes a lot. I have to stay away from sugar, due to the fact it caused anxiety with me. I have increased from a barely A to a almost B
But every one is different and what works for one may not work for some one else.

blueangel, Congratulations on getting results. Be patient however; as menopausal women take a bit longer.
