stats: Sex: female Age: 28 Height: 164 cm Weight: 57 kg Current Size Bust: 85 cm Rib: 75 cm (aprox, but not sure if i measured right, have to go buy good measuring tape) so here in europe a 75 AA although i wear B bras, but maybe that is wishfull thinking No health problems, no medications, no birth control, no children. Body type: very slender, narrow hips, small breasts, do have a booty though and a tummy pouch at the moment as i have gained some weight over christmas. My goal is a full B cup, but if i could get to a c i would be over the moon. I have the feeling my boobs have got a lot firmer, but i guess that's because i have gained some weight and have managed to stop smoking (yay!). I don't think they have ever been so big though so i hope that means this is a good moment to start my NBE program. I am starting a detox with ultimate cleanse as from today to make my body ready for the NBE. When my period starts i will start ramping up herbs. Wish me luck! Can't wait to actually start my program

Made up a booby batter of evening primrose oil, fenugreek and fennel extract. It smells awful :S I'm so happy i am single as i don't know which boyfriend wouldn't run from me if i am going to smell like this every evening The fennel is what smells most. Really not sure how to sleep with this after massage without staining my bed. I do have some cocoabutter and vit e oil too. I might make up a batter of those and add some fenugreek, but i have the feeling the other would be better as there are more herbs in it. Haven't had my period yet, so program is yet to start. Have started to massage every evening though to 'wake up boobs' I think period will begin this week.

Simple peppermint oil extract (in grocery baking section) helps or ylang ylang essential oil (more pricey, but better smell). G' luck. Wen'

Might try that. Do think i might have wrong fennel extract though as there is alcohol in it and i think i just might replace it with fennel capsules.
Period has started today. Starting program by ramping up Fenugreek 610 mg by one daily and see how my body reacts to it. Am also taking daily: 1 x Borage oil, 1 x kelp 1 whey proteine shake 1 multivit

Most extract has alcohol as the preservative and diluter.. Borage oil...keep an eye out if your periods get more PMS-ey. That'll likely be the root-cause. Wen'

Thanks wen! My period does feel heavier, but i guess it's worth it. Have tossed the fennel batter. Smell was unbearable. Massaging with cocoa butter and vit e now. Massage technique: rubbing it in with circular movements with fingers first and then with knuckles every evening and morning. Not sure it is intensive enough as i read some girls on here use heat before and after and massage for longer time. I only massage 5 minutes but after massaging boobs definately feel different and tingly so i am hoping i am doing enough to make them understand they need to grow. ;D Have been two days on program now and have actually felt some sharp pains in breasts last night. Not sure if it wasn't just the massage but i hope it means the Fenugreek is doing it's job. Will stay on this for another few days to see if sensations stay and then look into what to add next. I might add fennel but not sure as i don't want to overdo the estrogens and stall. I take 1830 mg FG daily now. As i feel sensations i guess it means the dose might be just right for me? Other options i can add are: saw palmetto. wild yam, red clover, hops. I think i should add saw palmetto as my next step?

Have tried to figure out if i have any hormonal imbalance but i recognise myself in every list of symptoms a bit, lol, so really not sure. I do have some hot flashes from time to time, but i guess the fenugreek might be causing this? It sometimes comes with the (hopefully growing) pains in my boobs.
Have decided not to add any Fennel yet. fenugreek and fennel have the same properties so i might consider them one herb and i think for my weight and cupsize i am allready on a pretty high dose of Fenugreek (1830 mg).
Made new booby batter of EPO, olive oil, fenugreek caps and fennel caps. Will let it steep for a week before using it. Looks like it's still going to be messy and gritty but have thought of a solution to that: Will wrap boobs in plastic before sleeping so i dont stain bed. Hope that will not hinder growth though. Morning massage will still consist of vit e/coconut only as i dont see possibility to go to work with messy batter applied. Really wondering how others manage to do this?
As from tomorrow will add Saw Palmetto 600 mg caps and ramp up daily by one. Hopefully will get even more sensations. Fingers crossed!

Hot flashes- not a cool thing. Drop the borage oil. When you're raising the prolactin from massage, it's crossing with added 'benefit' of borage. 1800 fenugreek..more than enough for anyone. Your BE checklist- you really only need fenugreek, massage (when u feel like it) and wild yam. G'luck Wen'

Thanks so much Wen for your advice! Could you explain why i only need fenugreek and wild yam and no saw palmetto? I feel like there is something i am not understanding as it seems saw palmetto is one of the most important ingredients in most routines. It's amazing how you seem to know so much about this. Sure would save me from taking a lot of pills, lol

Have continued routine by adding saw palmetto, ramping it up to 3x 600 mg. but it is giving me moodswings, headaches, gas/cramps. It is also making my breasts very sore. Decided to ramp down to 1 dose in the evening though as i really don't like how it makes my body feel althought judging from the sensations in my breasts it seems to work. Will start to take Wild yam tomorrow and if that doesn't do the trick might decide to ramp up sp again.

SP for you, after a while will just zap your energy b/c you won't be uploading enough testosterone and when your body reprocesses the extra testosterone, it'll convert to estrogen. Too much estrogen- you'll have PMS problems, etc. Everyone doesn't need SP. I sure didn't.

Thanks Wen! I'm strugglin a bit to find the right balance of herbs for me. What you're saying sure explains why i felt that bad. I am a bit unsure though whether i am on the right track as sensations the fenugreek was giving me seem to have gone away. Hope the wild yam will bring those back! boobies crossed for that ;D

Wild yam brings it back. Start at 400mg and ramp up to 1200mg over 3 months time.
