I'm really sorry to disappoint you! I just didn't see your messages. I only look at the ones that appear in bold when I log on. Somehow I missed yours. It is probably because I have mentally tagged you as someone that Wenonae was helping since you were following her advice (Reply #14.) I usually treat those whom she as helping as "hands off" because we approach this so very differently and end up recommending very different routines. If you still want me to help, I'll be happy to and ask your forgiveness. If not, I understand. Meanwhile, take a look at this routine . I think that it may suit you with perhaps some alterations to help with PCOS: Wahaika

Ok, it doesn´t matter Wahaika, don´t worry. The "problem" is that all of us trust you, the ones who have experience and knowledge in BE, but is our "problem", we have to find the solutions by ourself too. I decided to to the break this month, but I want to do the massages. Do you have any idea of what I should use as lotion or sth like that? I keep doing them with body milk...
Thanks, and kisses,

Hello Minipechis,
The easiest thing to use, and probably the most effective, is fenugreek extract. Greenbush is the best one that I know of. You could add borage oil and vitamin E to it.
If you want to do an all out batter, try the following from the booby batter thread:
One batch to keep on hand: 1/2 cup Olive Oil + 1/2 cup Fenugreek + 24 (1000mg) Borage Oil Caps + 24 (500mg) Vitamin E, steeped for one week minimum before first use. (The longer the better) Shake them up every few days.
Get 2 8oz containers, preferably dark glass bottles. Steep (soak/let sit in a dark cool place like a closet) one while using the other.
Shake well. Apply heat from a heated pad set to low for 5 minutes. Massage in about a teaspoon or two each side. Cover with saran wrap. Apply heat for 15 more minutes from a heated pad set to low. Leave on all night if possible.
Do this every night. Do this each day if possible making a total of two massages per day.
If the above is too messy, you can also use Greenbush fenugreek extract and aloe vera gel.
Good luck!
