Well, I think I´m going to stay like this a few months (till March or so) because of the Timing Routines. Some of my stats are:
Age: 24 Size: 85b (underbust: 75 cm; bust: 88 cm). 32b (underbust: 29,5 inches; bust: 34,6 inches) Height: 1,63 m Weight: 54 Kg Children: None I take the BCP Yasmin, I´ve polycystic ovary, and for contraception too.
My routine:
Chinese massage twice a day with borage oil and hennel esential oil (after them I drink a glass of milk).
2 FG before breakfast + 1 FG before lunch + 1 FG before going to bed = 1520 mg 2 borage oil pills (715 mg each = 1430 mg) before going to bed.
I feel little pricks and itches in both breasts, so FG and the massages are acting. I´m going to wait until March and then I´ll add another herb (like hennel and/or nettle root) and/or increase the FG dosage.
Do you think I´m doing well?

Thanks to Yasmin I have a perfect 28 day-cycle, and like Madredesiete said I´m going to skip the day 01/20 to clear receptors, so I´m not going to take FG. But I have some doubts: do I have to still take Borage oil pills and do massages this day? Do I need to do this more days or only one of each cycle?
I´m going to do 2 weeks of taking FG (1520 mg/day), do I have to increase the dose or take another herb? Or is it better to stay like this till March?

>>"do I have to still take Borage oil pills and do massages this day? Do I need to do this more days or only one of each cycle?"Externals too. Do nothing on that day. One day should be enough. But like everything else, there is always the "everyone is different" clause to consider. If you start having abnormally short cycle lengths or start having painful periods, if you didn't before, you could add another day and see if it helps. But I have never seen anyone so far need more than one day. I have only seen a few cases where women had no day at all because they were not skipping that day, and then those that started skipping, the problem went away. This is all assuming one is healthy from the beginning. (like no endometriosis, ovarian cysts, etc.) >>"I´m going to do 2 weeks of taking FG (1520 mg/day), do I have to increase the dose or take another herb? Or is it better to stay like this till March?"My preference is to do nothing until late March, maybe something to help health but is otherwise non BE related like vitamins, but would say that the next best thing is to just do what you are doing. Having said that, based on what you know already, what do you think is the best thing to do?

Thanks a lot for your reply Wahaika What I´m going to do is take the doses of FG and Borage oil that I´m taking now until lattle March, just like you say. This will help me to study my body responses in low doses these months and see if I have any problems, so in March I´ll be able to understand my body better and see if I need any other herb or increase the FG doses. Of course, if I see any strange thing these months, I´ll stop BE and see what is going wrong, and then begin in March with another routine. Now again, thanks a lot Wahaika

Oh, I forgot to tell that I´m taking a complex for the hair. It´s called Pilphar, and it has a lot of things, like: gluconate of zinc, Vit B-6 and B-12. I think you told that zinc and Vit-B are good for BE.

Oh! Pilphar is for the hair loss in the head. I´ve a little hirsutism, but not as bad as the people on the post.

Hi to all I´ve been thinking about waiting until March-April... I think I´m going to take the rest of the FG pills I have while watching how it works for me and taking care about how my menstruation comes this next time. If I don´t see any good results of growing I´ll wait until March (I think I´ve pills for 2 weeks or so), but I´ll do the massages. Do you think this is a good idea? I know it´s early... but, what herbs do you think I can take with Yasmin? I´ve thinking about Fenugreek, Fennel and Nettle Root, do you think is a good combination to begin with in March? Thanks a lot for your help

Something inside me tells me that I should go ahead with the routine, but with the low doses I´m using now. I see the difference from the beggining, so I think I would keep my FG and Borage oil doses until March, and then I´ll ramp up again. Now again, I want to be very sure... do you think taking FG, Borage, Fennel and Nettle Root is a good option when taking Yasmin? Do Saw Palmetto and Yasmin interact? Is it good to take them together?

Your dosages are not small by my reckoning, they are moderate. Small would be 500-1000 mg per day. But if you really feel that you are on the right path then follow your instincts. Saw Palmetto is an herb. Yasmin is a drug. I do not believe any herb can overpower a drug because of the difference in strengths. You are also keeping the dosages at a moderate level. Track record wise, I have never heard of anyone getting pregnant while on yasmin and doing BE. But then, you never know who is going to be the exception to the rule. About the only thing you can say with 100% confidence is that BE not cause pregnancy.

6 days after the beginning of AF, I´ve measured my breasts,... and I keep the same measure (or have them shrink?... ) I know I´ve been only one month on BE, but if I see a little growth I´ll take this easier and happier Just for curiosity, when did you notice your first real growth? Minipechis

If your routine is rite, it'll take an average 2 months to move forward in progress. Usually rite after AF they shrink then they rebound. Get ready to settle in. BE is a journey and usually not a quick fix.

I feel soreness in both breasts since yesterday, but I don´t know if it´s because the massages (my boobs feel "tired" of them ) or because they and the herbs are acting (I hope is this one...). If the soreness "follows" a cycle, does it usually appear on the week after AF? This has been my case this two months. Minipechis
